Vacation rentals with a pool in Mabalacat

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The place is good place especially for Family🥰 Clean and comfortable

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

Felt right at home! ❤️ I booked this place coz we have an event near their home so it was easier for my team to go to the event place any time of the day. I’ve now stayed at this villa more than a handful of times. Each time has been fantastic. From their friendly communication to the cleanliness of the property. I would always recommend this place if you’d like to have bonding time with your family, a quiet getaway with privacy and just for relaxation.

We had a wonderful spontaneous getaway with our family. The place was perfect for our needs, and it was great to find a pet-friendly option. Both the host and caretaker were accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay

It's a decent place now the construction noise has stopped. Many of the new facilities on the top floor still not open as of March '24 though.

The place was easy to find and access, thanks to Ruby's detailed instructions. It was spotless and well-laid out. Ruby really has her guests in mind, with stuff provided that you normally find in a hotel. She made us feel at home. I wouldn't think twice about booking her place again.

Had a great and comfortable stay at Louis' unit. The place was spacious, clean, and exactly the same as you'd see in the photos. The location was very accessible as well and there are restaurants and malls within the area, there is also a roofdeck pool which guests could enjoy. Louis was a great host and his detailed instructions were very helpful, definitely would recommend his place.
