House vacation rentals in Mabalacat

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

I’ve now stayed at this villa more than a handful of times. Each time has been fantastic. From their friendly communication to the cleanliness of the property. I would always recommend this place if you’d like to have bonding time with your family, a quiet getaway with privacy and just for relaxation.

April is incredibly accommodating. We had so many apartment options to choose from, but we chose hers because she was very responsive and went above and beyond to make adjustments and consider our needs without charging anything extra. Super great deal.  Felt so homey as a family with kids. Cozy and clean house and a very kind owner. They welcomed us with personal greetings and fruits that my kids loved! The pool was so much fun! Not crowded as it is private and not pricey... its so affordable to guests who wants to swim. Complete items that a house should have. They offered soap and shampoo, towels and complete kitchen items. Overall this listing is one of the bests you could have in airbnb.

Great place to stay! The place was clean and looks as advertised. The managers of the place give clear instructions and communicate well, making the check in and check out go smoothly.

The place allowed us to have a comfortable stay and had all the essentials for an overnight trip. Suggest to just add hangers inside the cabinet and a non-slip bath mat inside the bathroom. One tiny detail I wish that could be reconsidered is having plastic cover on the mattress underneath the bedsheet. But linens and bath towels smelled freshly laundered, which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience here!

The place was great! It was big enough for the maximum number or guests. Rooms were good. We did not foresee that 1 room had no AC, so with the current weather we cannot use the room for sleeping. But everything else (expectation) was met.

Helpful, Responsive and accommodating

The place is beautiful and peaceful. If you want to relax and have a province feels, this is the place for you. The house is spacious. The kitchen is spacious. It was nice to have a lanai, we mostly hung out there and chatted. It is good for family staycation also. I will definitely recommend this to my friends. And we will be back.

Highly recommended! The house location is very accessible and walkable from the commercial establishments. Jen’s Tiny House provides all the amenities needed for the guests to feel home away from home. Very convinient house if you want to cook home cooked meals while on holiday as Jenna provided all the things needed for cooking and dining. The living room has a very good aircon and big TV to entertain guests. The bedrooms are so comfortable and we had a good night sleep after a long day outside. Also there are toiletries and drinkable mineral water provided which are very important and useful. Jenna is a very responsive and approachable host. Thank you Jenna for giving us a fabolous experience in you tiny home :)

The house is clean, and fresh beddings, towels and toiletries were provided. Overall a great choice for Airbnb in Angeles. Just note that there is no hot shower and house is located along a very busy street so expect sounds of vehicles and children playing until late at night.

SRob and Ceciles place was immaculate! Has everything we needed and more for a night stay! The hosts was so accommodating to our needs and even arranged someone to drop us off to the airport and make sure the restaurant next door to the house was waiting for us . Ma'am Derlyn is very nice as well as Ate Vicky, very responsive to queries also. We only stayed overnight to attend the funeral of my wife's uncle the next day, and it was so comfortable when you're inside the house because it's very clean, centralized air conditioning and you'll have all the privacy you need. They even let our 3 nieces sleep there without making us pay extra. We will definitely book again next time we visit Angeles.
