I rested comfortably like at home. Especially, the bed was so cozy and nice. I was able to sleep comfortably throughout my stay. Recommended if you want a more cozy space than a hotel ^ ^

Tears was the highlight of our stay here. We had minimal issues but she addressed them promptly and took accountability of these issues. The place was great, value for money and though there are areas for improvement. She also recommended a place in Arayat which was extremely beautiful. Thanks Tears

Upgraded comfortable beds, spacious and clean, in Phase 1 building which has thick soundproof walls and floors, and everything is working perfect. Highly recommended.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

Frederick's home offered the perfect blend of beauty, cleanliness, and privacy. Its location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to numerous places of interest. The pool area was a significant highlight, providing much-needed relief during the hot weather. Beyond the fantastic property, Frederick's responsiveness and willingness to assist with all our inquiries made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely choose to return here on our next visit to the area.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Good sized accommodations for its price. Good location too. It’s just 15-20 mins away from everything.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

The place is spacious , cozy and impeccably cleanml. We truly enjoyed our time, especially playing the PS4, and appreciated that the kitchen was fullt equipped with complete cutlery, they have also complimentary snacks which you can enjoy. It genuinely felt like home - peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Asif and Mary were both incredibly responsive and accommodating througout our stay, promptly addressing any concerns we had. This was our first time using Airbnb, and we can confidently say this place exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future. the picture posted on the website looks old or maybe the lighting is not good but the unit looks great in person, all white, the tissue provided doesn't have cheap materials, the coffee also is not the kind of cheap ones, the internet is not that good for few days since I'm working remotely but it was a good experience, we had a peaceful stay, the host is responsive

We all enjoyed our stay in Raffy’s place. It’s very accessible being located only at the 4th floor, which means convenient if you’re coming with senior. The PS5 and the karaoke are definitely must have entertainment. The place is huge and clean plus pet friendly! The balcony is spacious enough for small gatherings and you can see the wave pool below. If you’re bringing a car, they also have a parking slot so no worries for private parking. It also has a seven eleven convenience store at the building. The host is also very responsive. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
