Vacation rentals with a patio in Maalaea Bay

The location couldn't be better. Beach across the street is everything you could want, including tree-lined grassy areas with shade for picnic lunches. So many excellent food venues within a 10-minute car ride. The unit was quiet and private with a super comfortable bed and a well-supplied kitchen for making affordable meals at home. Francis was responsive, proactive and friendly. Highly recommend!

What a great space! Everything was very comfy. This excellent location is close to so much: it's a quick drive to restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, shopping, local markets and fruit stands, etc. Easy beach access (we saw a sea turtle our first day just walking down from our room!) - and if you follow the beach around a ways, you'll see Molokini Crater very clearly. On-site Indian restaurant was pretty good, too! Can't speak highly enough of the beds, blankets, pillows, etc: I've never slept so well!! Dustin responded ASAP when I had a quick question before our arrival. 10/10!!!!!

This is a well-stocked condo with lots of amenities. Just about everything you’d need for a short stay is included: plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, a host of kitchen items, laundry pods, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, etc. Having the ability to do laundry allows one to pack lighter and also to leave for home with the laundry done! The ocean front views are beautiful, the beach quite quiet and walkable. A very nice place in general.

Marie was fantastic! Her place was spotless, and I felt right at home. I’ve traveled all over and stayed in several Airbnbs, but Marie’s place has everything one could think of. Like ziplock bags and laundry baskets. It is the little things that makes this spot worth it. It was also very clean and located near some great food spots. A bonus was having a sauna to use at our disposal. I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

Perfect location to easily drive around the island. The place is cosy and very well equipped (including all you need for the beach and snorkeling), amazing views from the balcony and lovely common outdoor space to relax.

This place was great for our family of five (teenage kids, so basically 5 adults) first trip to Maui. The lanai was my favorite hangout spot with the most gorgeous ocean view and we loved being right across from Kam 3 beach! The beach supplies were awesome! We weren’t bothered at all by the busy street out front that some have commented on. The kitchen was well stocked. Melissa was the most amazing and helpful host I’ve ever had!! She gave great instructions, provided helpful recommendations, and was immediately responsive when we had a snafu with the door code—she was absolutely fabulous! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Beautiful place my family and I enjoyed! Walking distance from the beach, and plenty of restaurants and shops around, especially Foodland and Safeway. Highly recommend, very clean and comfortable and private, especially how each building has their own little pool so we practically had the pool for ourselves.

Great location near restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The place is clean, with a beautiful balcony to watch the sunset and sunrise. I would definitely come back again in the future. Thank you.

Lovely setting, great town, comfortable and clean. We loved our stay here and the incredible rainforest sounds. Mike was very kind and gave clear instructions. Appreciated the wine waiting for us! We would gladly stay again. The town has killer food!! Nuka’s and Baked Maui, highly recommend!

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

Easily one of my favorite stays I’ve had since I started using this app. Location was pretty much in the center of everything and the communication with Ashley & Mike was incredibly quick. Such a great stay. Thanks!

Wonderful place to stay when enjoying Maui!

We had a fantastic stay at Emma's place! She went above and beyond to help us during our trip. Due to some confusion with time zones, we accidentally arrived a night early, but Emma stayed up late to help us find a place to stay for that night—something we truly appreciated. The next day, she kindly let us check in early and even allowed us to leave our bags after checkout so we could explore Maui without having to lug our suitcases around. Emma was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations, and always quick to answer any questions we had. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. We definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Maui. Thanks again, Emma!

We loved this home. Whether it was having dinner with a Maui Sunset or enjoying the first morning cup on the front patio with the blue Pacific as a backdrop or just enjoying the home and beautifully kept landscaping, with pool, we have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly felt like we were guests not customers. I was traveling with my Niece and her teen age and adult children and we all loved it. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Restaurants, beaches and shopping all very convenient. Several good swimming and snorkeling beaches minutes away. This place is perfect! Small but clean and has everything you need. It has a beautiful ocean view and is a perfect location. 6 minute walk to a lovely little beach and about 6 min drive to another very popular and fun beach for swimming and snorkeling. We loved our stay. Gabe is very reachable, responsive and accommodating host! Would recommend to anyone staying in Maui!

Condo was amazing! Very quiet, clean corner unit! We loved listening to the waves and watching turtles swim in the water right from the lanai. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen very well stocked! What was a huge hit to our kids of 8 & 10, was the boogie boards, pool noodles, sand toys, and we loved having good beach chairs and umbrella ready to use when we got there. They also have a cooler which was a huge bonus too! We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Very quiet. TVs were easy to use in all the rooms. Only minor suggestion would be to describe where the elevators are….we took the stairs our first time bc we and another family checking into a different unit, didn’t realize they were back towards the front of the building. Not a big deal at all after we figured it out! Highly recommend this unit!

Beautiful stay walking distance to the beach. Towels, beach chairs, and umbrella were available in the unit for use! A/C unit was a life saver after staying at other places on the island with no A/C. Plenty to do in Kihei! We loved our stay and the hosts were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this stay! We can’t wait to visit again.

Place was exactly as described. Laurie went above and beyond to give recommendations and instructions. We loved having the kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, beach chairs and cooler. Once we arrived we didn’t need a thing. Would definitely stay here again.

David's place was perfect for my husband and I. Place was modern and clean, and there was a plethora of great quality beach equipment in the hall closet. Despite only the two window AC units, we appreciated the ceiling fans and small extra fans around the space. Being able to use the Dyson or Roomba to vacuum up grains of sand was a nice touch - felt like I was at home! David was proactive and touched base with us even when we didn't need anything. Location is great to be able to walk to restaurants and food trucks off S. Kihei Rd. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

We stayed at Kamaole Sands 29 years ago, and being back for our first time and at Anke’s place, we loved it! Felt right at home, had every amenity we needed. The beach supplies were used daily! We drove up to Makena beach and relaxed a lot! Enjoyed restaurants that were within walking distance, grocery stores, and the beautiful sunsets from the lanai!! Thank you again, Anke! We will be back!

Me and my husband loved the ocean front view! We enjoyed all the things that came with the condo, as snorkel gear,beach chairs, to laundry soap if needed! Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, and pots pan utensils. We did have a problem with the WiFi which we reached out to Dan and it was resolved very quickly! The place is so central and local to everywhere we wanted to explore! We truly enjoyed it!

Went here on our honeymoon everything was easy and amazing. Parking was easy and the location had so much to offer. Can’t wait to come back!
