Condo vacation rentals in Maalaea Bay

Beautiful space- views and ocean front sounds of crashing waves were amazing. And so much sea turtle activity. Never stayed in a place with such a well stocked kitchen with pans and cooking implements. First rate. Very quiet area and a larger beach for swimming is a couple blocks walk away.

Barbara was wonderful. Gave good instructions on how to enter the property. There are elevators, so don’t feel you have to lug your luggage up three flights like we did. BE SURE your rental can clear six feet to enter the parking structure. Any issues were met with prompt solutions, many times going above what was expected. The view from the condo was incredible!! We chose to stay in the second room as we could see sunrise WHILE LAYING IN BED!! You WILL view sea turtles just off the lanai every single day, especially during high tide. Two couples can stay comfortably, however, there is only one stand up shower (other is a tub/shower without doors). Bedrooms are right next to each other & second bedroom closes off as a room with an accordian wall. The list of recommendations were on point & we found ourselves going to Cafe Ole every chance we had. The plantation around Cafe Ole was beautiful. Great spot to walk around, eat, and shop for gifts and local food. We highly recommend.

Our 12 days at Bin’s Airbnb were amazing. It’s hard to put into words how breaktaking the view from the studio & the lanai is. Lush lawn, swaying palms, azure ocean, and a majestic island view. We had an immersive experience with ocean, as day & night we heard the sound of the waves. Bin’s place provides beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear & boogie board, which makes it an excellent return on your vacation dollars. Bin is the best host I’ve had on Airbnb, he replaced a broken beach chair immediately, & had more towels delivered to the studio. There is some overflow from the Gazebo restaurant, as the studio is a stones throw away, that did get annoying after the first 5 days, as people left chairs and loungers on the lawn in front of the studio. The resort really needs to manage this issue. Other than that, you would never want to leave and go back home, so maybe it’s a positive!

We really enjoyed the proximity to the ocean surf. The are lots of things to do in Maui, but we enjoyed the condo so much we mostly just hung out. Thank you Bill for making this a great visit to Maui!

Had a great time at Karma’s place. Very clean upon arrival. Flexible check in time (our flight landed earlier than scheduled). Private beach area. Saw sea turtles almost every morning. Close to some restaurants and shops in Kihei, and not terribly far from the more “touristy” areas like Lāhainā and Kaanapali. Karma was very friendly and responsive and gave clear instructions on how to check in and out. Thank you for having us!

This is truly a hidden gem. The condo building is quite small with only 3 floors, no elevator, and sits directly on the beach. It seems that it is part of a neighborhood rather than a commercially developed area. A neighbors, who rents every year, shared the walk ability to a restaurant and wine bar literally around the corner. The pool was spotless with an abundance of chaise lounges. In short, the location is fabulous. The unit was also a find. It was as shown in the pictures, very clean, and well appointed. Being on the 2nd floor it afforded a stunning view. We truly wanted for nothing. Patrick was wonderful to work with being personable, responsive and helpful from the very beginning. The only down side is the heat in the bedroom. It was intolerably hot for sleeping as there is no a/c in this room. There is a pull out sofa bed in the LR that we seriously considered. We opted to freeze in the LR in order to try to sleep in the BR. All in, it was a great place!! Highly recommend!

Aloha Amy we had a wonderful time in Maui. thank you, the apartment was just as advertised. Friendly and helpful staff with friendly residents and guests as well. Situated right off S Kihei Rd walking distance to the beaches, close to dozens of great restaurants, nearby markets and activities for all ages.

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Misti was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Great location with many amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance. And the King bed was quite comfortable and greatly appreciated. Most 1 bd/1ba condos on Maui utilize a queen size bed for some reason. Would book again anytime

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

this is the best Airbnb on the island! amazing neighborhood close to everything! it felt safe and had a hometown feel. everyone was so friendly. the place itself had everything we needed and the view was incredible! much better than the picture! when our host realized we didn't have beach towels he made sure some were delivered and we were thrilled to come back and see like 6 brand new thick beach towels!! having the washer and dryer in the unit made things so easy too! can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts ! we will be booking here for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

Over all it’s a good place to stay. It’s just we can hear the people at the connecting room.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Lovely place that is away from the busy resorts with beautiful views just as the listing showed. Host was highly responsive and helpful. All around great experience and recommend this place and host!

We had a great stay at this rental unit! The space was clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing photos. The kitchen was fully equipped (we cooked all the time), the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The location was also convenient with beautiful views of the ocean! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because bedroom windows face the busy road and it gets loud at night from the traffic. That said, it didn’t significantly impact my overall experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was excellent and clean. Easy to parking lot on guests only. A such beautiful view the ocean from balcony and room. The bedroom is clean and soft. :)

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is perfect if you plan on exploring the island. It's centrally located with easy access to the main road to other parts of the island. The location is beautiful with great views of the ocean and harbor. It is windier in that harbor so hold on to your hats. The unit was easy to access, thanks to a dedicated elevator, clean, had lots of towels, and full of useful beach items (i.e. coolers, chairs, ice packs in the freezer, etc.) Our family would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect! Small but clean and has everything you need. It has a beautiful ocean view and is a perfect location. 6 minute walk to a lovely little beach and about 6 min drive to another very popular and fun beach for swimming and snorkeling. We loved our stay. Gabe is very reachable, responsive and accommodating host! Would recommend to anyone staying in Maui!

This was mine and my husband’s third trip to Maui, and Anna’s place was by far our favorite Airbnb yet! The condo was spotless, cozy, and made us feel completely at home. Anna provided super clear check-in instructions and shared great local recommendations. The unit had everything we could possibly need, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and grocery stores. Having a designated parking spot was also a big plus. We highly recommend staying here. Jaron was an excellent host. Gave me a list of all the hotspots in Kihei and the condo location is in an amazing area. Great view of the water from the balcony and provided binoculars for whale watching. Would definitely stay here again!

Collin thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, beach towels...you name it Collin has it. There was even sunscreen under the sink in the bathroom! 😄 Plenty of fresh towels and linens. Oh, and did I mention the view? Beautiful view of the beach and moored ships. We loved drinking coffee on the lanai and watching the canoes pass by. Great place to stay. 5 stars!

The condo layout is wonderful. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms is perfect for two women friends traveling together. The sunrises that are seen from the lanai are beautiful and we got some fantastic pictures. We saw sea turtles every afternoon when they came in to feed off the rocks right in front of the condo! I went down to the waters edge and would watch them for a long time. The location was lovely, and we walked to the harbor, Starbucks, and the aquarium. The food trucks in Kehei are excellent. We would definitely stay again.

What a great stay! We felt this was a perfect t location, we could walk to the food trucks, the boardwalk was right there to go towards Kaanapali beach and just a clean, comfortable condo. Laundry is in the same floor and the best view out on the balcony. Saw plenty of turtles. Comfy bed, great linens. Has chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear plus cooler which all came in handy. Would definitely stay here again!
