Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Maalaea Bay

Overall good place to stay- very large and open layout. Clean and had most everything we needed. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and a park. Parking was good, fairly quiet street. Had lots of extra beach stuff to use (cooler, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, swimming stuff, snorkeling stuff)

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

This house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to major destinations on the island. k Kitchen is fully stocked and bathroom is clean. The retractable roof shade is really nice! The host is friendly and nice to communicate. Hope to be back sometime in the future. Thank you so much for the accomodation!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. Our stay at Jacque’s place was perfect! The house was in a convenient location to all the things we were doing! Jacque was a great host and very accommodating for our arrival and departure times as well as responsive! The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed (:

I don’t even know where to begin! We loved this cozy place! Felt right at home. Amy has very clear directions and a lot of info about the area. Made it helpful when choosing a beach to checkout, or place to grab food. Everything is labeled. She has beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler which all came in handy. Place very neat and tidy. Well organized. Beds super comfortable. It’s in a great location for those who are looking for something quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Close to the Road to Hāna. The outdoor shower was a hit! Now my husband wants to install one in our own home! 😆Amy was extremely responsive with replying. I have no negatives. We are pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness and this place was perfect. Just book it! You won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to return again!

This place was the perfect spot for us. We were looking to be in a quieter area and close to both Haleakala and the road to Hana. It was the best spot for both. The house is well laid out and the patio was the perfect place to rest and enjoy the breeze with family. Dave and Natalie are excellent hosts, communicative, and very friendly. Highly recommend!

The hosts were so lovely and helpful to my family. We had my mother's memorial service there and the place was peaceful and beautiful and big enough for it. Host was very flexible and communicative. I hope to return and reminisce about my family's special time at Hale Roselani.

Mike was a fabulous host. His home is beautiful and walking distance from the many beaches you want to get to quickly. Within walking distance is also lots of shops, restaurants and scenic walks. Although the home was needed some maintenance, Mike was responsive and took care of the maintenance while we were here. He also found many sweet ways to make it up to us for the minor inconveniences we experienced. This home is worth staying in, nothing beats the short walk across the road to the beaches and the gorgeous sunsets each evening. Thank you Mike for opening your home up to us, we all loved every minute in Maui!

The place was just as described. It was within walking distance to a really nice beach. The chairs/umbrella for the beach were great and we used them extensively. We really liked that the washer and dryer were in the unit so we had fresh towels when needed. Would definitely come back

Perfect place to enjoy Maui with beach view from balcony. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super well equipped! We had a toddler and there was a pack n play, dining chair booster, a few toys, and baby utensils! Megan was super responsive and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend the walk down the beach to the sugar beach bakery.

This place was great for our family of five (teenage kids, so basically 5 adults) first trip to Maui. The lanai was my favorite hangout spot with the most gorgeous ocean view and we loved being right across from Kam 3 beach! The beach supplies were awesome! We weren’t bothered at all by the busy street out front that some have commented on. The kitchen was well stocked. Melissa was the most amazing and helpful host I’ve ever had!! She gave great instructions, provided helpful recommendations, and was immediately responsive when we had a snafu with the door code—she was absolutely fabulous! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Really nice! Loved the view and the building is perfect direction for sunset. Condo was clean and big. The only thing I would say is that they should maybe add Tupperware and ziplocks but other than that the condo and host were great!!

Clean and easy accom, Emma was easy to deal with. The place was relaxing. Outdoor shower a standout.

Barbara was wonderful. Gave good instructions on how to enter the property. There are elevators, so don’t feel you have to lug your luggage up three flights like we did. BE SURE your rental can clear six feet to enter the parking structure. Any issues were met with prompt solutions, many times going above what was expected. The view from the condo was incredible!! We chose to stay in the second room as we could see sunrise WHILE LAYING IN BED!! You WILL view sea turtles just off the lanai every single day, especially during high tide. Two couples can stay comfortably, however, there is only one stand up shower (other is a tub/shower without doors). Bedrooms are right next to each other & second bedroom closes off as a room with an accordian wall. The list of recommendations were on point & we found ourselves going to Cafe Ole every chance we had. The plantation around Cafe Ole was beautiful. Great spot to walk around, eat, and shop for gifts and local food. We highly recommend.

Very nice apartment in a very good location. South Maui Gardens are very near and highly recommended. Carolyn was also very friendly and easy to reach.

Cute and cozy. Great driving distance from beaches and restaurants. Rarely drove more than 15 minutes to anywhere.

This is a very beautiful, neat and perfectly located airbnb. We had a great time living here. The place is exactly like in the pictures, parking facility on premises is great and its right across the beach as well as very close to lots of good restaurants. The location of this Airbnb is particularly great if you want to explore all of Maui as it is centrally located from road to hana, halaekala and lahaina. Another great thing is the hosts gave very clear instructions, restaurant recommendations and other helpful tips. The airbnb had kitchen with useful utensils and appliances. Bed was comfortable to sleep in and overall a very clean and tidy place. We loved our stay!

Great place in Kihei that is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was perfect for what we needed and was nice to have the added bonus of the pool at the complex. Would stay here again if we are back in the area!

This is truly a hidden gem. The condo building is quite small with only 3 floors, no elevator, and sits directly on the beach. It seems that it is part of a neighborhood rather than a commercially developed area. A neighbors, who rents every year, shared the walk ability to a restaurant and wine bar literally around the corner. The pool was spotless with an abundance of chaise lounges. In short, the location is fabulous. The unit was also a find. It was as shown in the pictures, very clean, and well appointed. Being on the 2nd floor it afforded a stunning view. We truly wanted for nothing. Patrick was wonderful to work with being personable, responsive and helpful from the very beginning. The only down side is the heat in the bedroom. It was intolerably hot for sleeping as there is no a/c in this room. There is a pull out sofa bed in the LR that we seriously considered. We opted to freeze in the LR in order to try to sleep in the BR. All in, it was a great place!! Highly recommend!

Aloha Amy we had a wonderful time in Maui. thank you, the apartment was just as advertised. Friendly and helpful staff with friendly residents and guests as well. Situated right off S Kihei Rd walking distance to the beaches, close to dozens of great restaurants, nearby markets and activities for all ages.

The unit is beautiful, blue is my favorite color so I maybe biased. However, the host was quick to reply back, wonderful instructions on how to get to the unit, easy to find parking. Everything was perfect! I really enjoyed how much thought was put into this BnB, there is a binder that the hosts have created that has an entire walk through of everything you might need relating to the place, and I loved how there is a collection of restaurant menus in the back! I’m a really indecisive person when it comes to food and my husband is as well, so this was super easy to just flip through and help make dinner decisions. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we highly recommend this place. It’s everything you need for a nice Maui vacation! ❤️
