There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. A few hundred meters from the water, this charming mini-house is in an attractive area. After two minutes on foot, you are standing with your toes in the warm sand on the beach. In the area you will find forests and after a short walk you will arrive at Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus service to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with the possibility of extra beds for two smaller children.
