Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

Strandvej with restaurants, cafes and specialty stores. There are 300 meters to 5 bus departures per hour, which take you directly to the center of Aarhus.

Child-friendly area with forest right next door and many playgrounds. Free parking in front of the block. The car can be seen from the apartment. There's a key box. Towels and bed linen freshly washed in allergy-friendly detergent.

A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Private kitchen with refrigerator (+small freezer), mini oven, microwave, mini dishwasher and hob with space for 2 pots. Private bathroom/toilet. Free, private parking. The annex is detached with a small, south-facing terrace, reserved only for the guest. The host lives in a separate building.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Udenfor er der en stor terrasse med læ og sol/lys fra morgen til aften. Huset ligger i tætbevokset, hyggeligt sommerhusområde. Perfekt til 3 generationer, eller to vennepar m. børn

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Gæstehuset er 80 m2 og indrettet i en gammel staldbygning, alt er nyrenoveret og lækkert. Der er 2 store værelser med 4 sovepladser. Der kan laves to ekstra opredninger. Hyggeligt opholdsrum med spiseplads og hyggekrog. Dejligt badeværelse i New yorker stil. Køkken med alt du har brug for. Du har egen indgang og parkering. 2 træterasser med sol. Adgang til pool, bordtennis, dart mm. I tilstødende gildesal. Natur udenfor døren, indkøb, stor aktivitets og skaterpark 1,5 km afstand
