There are grocery stores, authentic small shops and a beach promenade to cozy restaurants right by the sea. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, etc., about 1 hour's travel. Lyckorna Golf Club is 4 km away. You will find a large shopping center 15 minutes away by car. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails near several lakes starting about 1 km from the property.

In this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation, you can enjoy a lovely vacation with all the modern conveniences. Barbecue and dine outside with the beautiful city view in front, enjoy the sun from the balcony or go down to town for shopping. It offers all the amenities the city has to offer within walking distance such as bakery, restaurants as well as swimming and gym. The accommodation is located in an alley with stairs down to Kungsgatan. Please note: there are two homes on the property with separate patios. Public parking is available on the street above.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Next hot tub is available

Relax in this unique and quiet 30 sqm accommodation located by the sea with its own jetty. There are opportunities to get to Stenungsund and Gothenburg with good public transport. There are also bicycles to borrow The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

A pleasant apartment located in charming Gamlestan with sea view. Close to the sea with a long beach walk that is outside the house, where you can enjoy Lysekil's beautiful surroundings. Or eat at seaside restaurants such as Publik and NH5. The apartment is close to the city center (10-minute walk) where you can shop, eat or coffee in Lysekil's cozy center. Shared patio and grill are available for use by all residents of the house. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.
