Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Barely 10 kilometers north of Lysekil's summer pulse, this well-protected accommodation is barely 10 minutes' walk from the water's edge or about 15 minutes' walk down to Skalhamn's village and harbor. In a super fresh and newly built apartment of about 55 sqm on top of our new garage, you will find all the comforts with proximity to Bohuslän's most beautiful archipelago. In 20 minutes, you can walk down to Bastevik's modern marina with its popular pub and restaurant.

Relax in this unique and quiet 30 sqm accommodation located by the sea with its own jetty. There are opportunities to get to Stenungsund and Gothenburg with good public transport. There are also bicycles to borrow The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

A pleasant apartment located in charming Gamlestan with sea view. Close to the sea with a long beach walk that is outside the house, where you can enjoy Lysekil's beautiful surroundings. Or eat at seaside restaurants such as Publik and NH5. The apartment is close to the city center (10-minute walk) where you can shop, eat or coffee in Lysekil's cozy center. Shared patio and grill are available for use by all residents of the house. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.
