Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, located on the west coast with the sea as your closest neighbor. The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
