Modern property located just 150 metres from Cala Tarida beach on Ibiza’s west coast. The location offers direct access to one of the island’s most popular coastal areas, known for its fine white sand and clear turquoise waters. The beach features a range of amenities, including restaurants, bars, water sports, volleyball, and a diving school, making it suitable for families and groups.

The property features a contemporary design with open-plan living areas, expansive glass surfaces, and neutral interiors. Outdoor areas include a large infinity pool with sea views, several terraces equipped with sun loungers and shaded seating, and two outdoor dining spaces. One dining area overlooks the pool and the bay; the second, positioned to the rear of the property, includes a barbecue and offers a more secluded setting.

The main living space includes a lounge with soft-toned furnishings under a double-height ceiling, as well as a dining area that seats ten and offers views over the pool and bay. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs, an atrium space opens onto an upper terrace with sun loungers and additional sea views.

The accommodation is flexible and suited to various group types. All bedrooms are en-suite and include modern fixtures. Most beds can be configured as doubles or twins, offering further versatility. A separate apartment provides an additional self-contained space, ideal for guests seeking privacy.
