Just 10 minutes from the Route des Grands Crus and 20 minutes from Beaune, this old barn has been fully renovated with high-end details, blending old-world charm with modern comfort. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Nearby, the city of Beaune and all the villages well known to lovers of great wines; Pommard, Meursault, Savigny les Beaune, etc. Also nearby, a lake with a supervised beach in summer (Arnay-le-Duc). The swimming pool is available from 04/27 to 09/15. Bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights, and in July and August, for a week.
