Apartamento duplex, exactly matches the description and photos posted. Very clean and tidy environments, they supported us with some accessories for my baby, and being winter it didn't feel any cold in rooms. Inside the apartment there is no external noise, it is located close to convenience stores, restaurants and pharmacies. Very good communication, always ready to lend us your support for inquiries or resolution to any eventuality in the days we stayed. We really enjoyed it, we look forward to returning soon.

Joel & Johana were very friendly and the Airbnb was very nice. As for the building, it had been there before and I feel that they have not done maintenance on the common areas. As for the apartment, it is very well laid out.

Reyna and her husband were always attentive to all the details and helped us with all our requests, good restaurant recommendations, etc., and they left me a very nice gift for my birthday thank you 🎂 very much 🙏🏼

Outstanding view, steps from the park and ocean cliff paths. Large comfortable master bedroom and bath, and viewing chair in the living room. Attention to details such as quality fan, kitchen appliances and glassware, convenient clothes washing machines and drying rack. Security guards were polite and attentive.

Ines is a very nice and attentive person, she was always looking out for us... before, during and after. Her house is wonderful, there is tranquility and the spaces are spacious, the truth is that her house is much more wonderful than in the photographs, the area is very safe and easy to access...if you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city of Lima and enjoy the view looking at the intense sea, I recommend it....I recommend it 1000 times and I will schedule my stay at her house again... thank you Ines for your attention.

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

Excellent place to stay and very well equipped (they left us even beach implements). Good location: Close to the beach and a 15-minute walk from downtown. It's in a very safe condominium with great common areas. We enjoyed the large pool but there is also barbecue, gym, sauna. It has a direct exit to the seawall and the beach. The entrance was very easy, Monica waited for us to give us the key and the instructions. Would definitely come back!
