4th floor apartment, it is a quiet accommodation that is located on the boulevard between Calle Islas Ballestas and Calle Zorritos, restaurant area, mini-market, market etc. The apartment has three bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and in each of them there is a double bed plus in one of the rooms there is a bunk bed for two more people, total 8 people. This establishment is 5 minutes away. A perfect place to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.
