Vacation rentals with lake access in Lungern

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

The hosts were very responsive, the villa was great, and the view was amazing. The location is perfectly situated between Bellagio and Como, making it easy to visit both. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (9 Personen) dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Volg mit Lebensmitteln für den täglichen Bedarf. Eine Ladestation für E-Autos befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

We had a fantastic stay at Simona's place. Everything was spotless, Simona was there when we arrived and ran us through the house. There's a few stairs, and kitchen and laundry were on the lower storey (of 4) but that worked well as we spent most of our time on the lawn and swimming in the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and there was some road noise but nothing too bad at night. The front door opens directly on to the road - but that was no problem. We walked up to Lenno each day, had a great morning at Villa Balbianello and shopped at the Dino Mart for great pasta, cheese, veg and meats. My advice is to do less travel on the very packed and slow ferries/busses - and spend more time lounging on the lawn and swimming in the lake... there's swans, ducks, turtles, fish, herons in the water and with Isola Comancina in front the water is very calm - and perfectly glassy in the mornings and evenings. Bobby’s place is in a unique, gorgeous location with a great view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and Bobby clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome.

We had a great stay here. Emi got in touch a few days ahead of our stay to provide relevant details re check in and was waiting for us when we arrived. The property views - stunning. Also private access to the lake which was a bonus *and our dog loved it. Super peaceful location - great spot to explore Como from.

Alice nous a parfaitement bien accueilli avec un logement très propre et bien équipé. Elle s’est avéré être très réactive à nos sollicitations. Sans compter la vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse sur tout le lac. Je recommande !

Sejour agréable dans un petit loft vue sur le lac Léman ! Un petit nid douiller pour une personne seul ou à 2! Tout les equipements a disposition pour etre tranquille pendant le séjours ! Rien à redire

Moderne schöne Unterkunft, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, schöne Gegend und hilfsbereite Vermieter. See sowie Supermarkt und Bäckerei in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir und unsere Hündin haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder!

I took my family came to Lugano to attend a concert, but this accommodation caught my eye, and we stayed here two nights - what a great experience of this beautiful home. The view is spectacular, the host is warm and welcoming, the location is amazing (15 minutes drive to Lugano), the local restaurants are great, I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec une vue sur le lac incroyable, un logement bien pensé , petites intentions de bienvenue, nous reviendrons.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Seife/Spülmittel wurde in großen Mengen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Küche super ausgestattet. Als wir ein Problem mit der Heizung hatten, war der Eigentümer sofort da und hat uns geholfen. Der Blick direkt auf den See ist traumhaft, allerdings führt die einzige Durchgangsstraße direkt am Haus vorbei, sodass dieses sehr laut auf dem Balkon zu hören ist. Trotzdem empfehlen wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Abbiamo passato due giorni bellissimo, baita incantevole e curata in ogni dettaglio, spaziosa e in una zona davvero tranquilla e vicina a tanti percorsi. Host davvero super gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda! Consigliatissimo!

The place is very, very beautiful, and the dealing and communication with her was very nice and kind, and she answered quickly when I asked questions. She also helped me with the best tourist and beautiful places in the areas close to the residence. Also, all my friends ask me where this beautiful place is when they saw the pictures I took when I was at home. I will visit you again soon.

Such a lovely stay in this cozy, charming cottage in Nesso! The garden was perfect for lounging in the sun, and we lucked out with beautiful weather. Check-in was super smooth with clear instructions and videos. While we didn’t meet our host, she was very responsive and helpful with local tips. We were greeted with pastries and prosecco, which was such a nice touch! The house is small but great for a short stay. A/C and heating worked well. Bathroom is tiny and hot water ran out quickly, but manageable. There’s a washer (we didn’t use it) but no iron. Heads-up: the steps down to the house from the road are steep! Also, a few things from the listing (like chickens or a certain seating area) weren’t there. We used the bus to get to Como—it’s easy once you figure it out. Overall, our host was wonderful and we’d totally stay here again!

Ein schönes kleines Haus direkt am See. Pure Entspannung mit Sauna und genug Platz zu viert auf dem Sofa zu sitzen. Man ist schnell in der Stadt oder in den Bergen und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Sehr netter Kontakt und einwandfreie Kommunikation.

Das Rustico Ofelia ist ein Traum; abgelegen, ruhig, nah an der Natur, aber dennoch perfekt ausgestattet (im Winter heizt man selber mit 2 Öfen und einem Cheminée; im oberen Stock hat es Bodenheizung). Giulio ist ein sensationeller Gastgeber, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wij hebben over het algemeen een fijn verblijf gehad met onze peuter van 2 jaar. Ashley heeft ons zeer hartelijk ontvangen en alle info gedeeld die we nodig hadden. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en is zeer schoon. In de straat zit een restaurant wat ons goed in de smaak viel. De omgeving Lugano is echt prachtig. Ondanks alle positieve punten zouden wij niet zo snel meer terugkomen. Dat heeft puur te maken met de gehorigheid van de weg voor het huis. Ook de trappen om bij de voordeur te komen, is met een peuter gevaarlijk. Alle lof voor Ashley, aan bovenstaande kan zij natuurlijk niets veranderen!
