Absolutely gorgeous, amazing, hi-tech, luxury large home. Way too big for a couple or single traveller but 5star just the same.

Was like coming home, very clean and neat. Thoughtful with ice cubes ready in the freezer and potato chips and Swedish cars upon arrival. Very great with smart TV with access to many streaming services. Nice to have your own walk-in closet for your clothes, so they don't have to be in a suitcase. Well-equipped kitchen, just needed to buy spatula. Very good hot plate and oven. However, the air conditioning was missing. The molding was twistily loose, and unfortunate with the bathroom sink where the handle fell off, which gave the impression of some lighter solutions. Along with the sofa cushions that slide out when sitting, but can probably be solved with stronger Velcro locks. Good to get tips on activities as it was a nearby farm with a lot to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at Lina Apartments! its close to the central town and all amenities and easy to get to. Once you park at the spacious parking you can walk everywhere within minutes. The apartment was clean and warm and easily functional. We would definitely come again

The accomodation was very spacious and offers more than enough room for 5 people. The check-in and check-out procedure was very easy and due to the use of a keypad instead of key, allowed us to travel very flexible. I would definitly recommend this airbnb.

Incredibly nice cottage overlooking the lake. Large deck and cozy wood-fired sauna. Peter and Lovisa were a great host couple. They were always available and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Would love to rent the place again!

Great and cozy little apartment. In the middle of a quiet residential area, very close to the water. Within 15 minutes in the center by car. Margareta is a very warm host. Accommodation is highly recommended.

We received an incredibly friendly response, Erik is really service minded and was flexible with our slightly late checkout. A big bonus that cleaning and linens were included. We can really recommend the place! Would love to stay there again next time we travel north!

We gave the trip to Lulea to our parents for their golden wedding anniversary. I personally was not there, but can and should report from my parents that it was a wonderful stay! The house was very cozy and lovingly furnished and was really perfect! Viveka was an excellent host! It was very pleasant to communicate with her! The answers always came quickly and she was very eager to ensure that my parents lacked nothing! Thank you!

We immediately felt right at home in the house! It is nice and bright, offers enough space for a family of five or six and is very centrally located. Three toilets and two shower options are wonderful! We didn't use the sauna, but it looked cozy. Overall, the house is very inviting and clean!

One week cross country skiing for two adults and two teenage kids. Everyone loved the house. Beautifully decorated and luxurious with sauna and hot tub. Some distance both for action and to illuminated ski tracks. Worked well for us who could leave the kids ourselves. Very well equipped kitchen that really facilitated lunches and coffee times with smoothies, sandwiches and waffle irons as well as air fryer. Also good oven and dough scraper 😉 As an added bonus, we got tips on an aurora night that we otherwise risk missing. Thank you for a great week!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Luleå! First of all, the communiamcarion with Lubomir was super easy: he responded quickly, comprehensive and kindly before and during our stay! When we arrived the place was cozyand clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the location is perfect — close to a bus stop with a bus that departs almost every 10 minutes until 6 pm, yet in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There is also a river next by from which we could see Aurora perfectly! Lubomir was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Luleå, Gammelstad and its surroundings. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Really great place to stay in Luleå! Fully equipped, powerful heating for the winters anf newly done bathroom. Everything worked great and fully equipped place. The hosts are very nice!
