About 1 km to Ormberget's outdoor area that offers nice skiing and cross-country skiing trails. 4 bedrooms and living room with room for mattress. Large kitchen, two bathrooms as well as another living room. There is also room to bring your own mattress. Bed linens are included, not bath towels. A/C is available. Large garden with a terrace on both the front and the back. Trampoline in the back. Close to both ski slopes and beaches.

Ta med hele familien til dette flotte stedet med mye plass til avslapping, moro og naturopplevelser. Dette er VÅRT feriested både sommer og vinter, og derfor kan vi varmt anbefale det for andre også. Vi bruker ofte mye tid ute. På sommeren kan du spille badminton, plukke bær, bli med på krepsfiske i Råneelven i aug, eller klatre i et av Sveriges beste klatrefelt, MTV-veggen, bare noen min unna. Om vinteren kan du gå på ski, snørekjøre og kjøre skuter, før du slapper av inne i varmen fra saunaen.

Boendet byggdes 2023 och har fullutrustat kök, badrum med toalettartiklar, skrivbord, soffa, loftsäng för två vuxna (140 cm) och en enkelsäng under (90 cm). 500 meter till närmaste busshållplats samt fri parkering på gården vid huset. Observera att kollektivtrafiken inte går särskilt regelbundet, varpå vi rekommenderar gäster att ha egen bil.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us.
