Urban one-story villa with water views. The house has three bedrooms, an extra room, a large living room with fireplace and kitchen and dining area with room for 8 people. There are two toilets, laundry room, sauna, bathtub and showers. There are patios with dining tables on both the front and back. Gas grill and wood stove. A trampoline and swings are next to the house as well as green areas, Luleå's best playground is only 100 meters away. Walking to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available.

Charming villa only 10 min walk from city. Large airy kitchen and cozy living room with tiled stove. The balcony is large, and the homebuilt sofa can accommodate up to seven people when it comes time for meals. Several bedrooms provide space for the larger family and outside there is a trampoline that the kids love. The green pruning garden lends just enough shade really hot days. Welcome to a real home!
