Urban one-story villa with water views. The house has three bedrooms, an extra room, a large living room with fireplace and kitchen and dining area with room for 8 people. There are two toilets, laundry room, sauna, bathtub and showers. There are patios with dining tables on both the front and back. Gas grill and wood stove. A trampoline and swings are next to the house as well as green areas, Luleå's best playground is only 100 meters away. Walking to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available.

Cook over open fire. Visit sea bathing, cozy summer cafe or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dogs not far from the house. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Welcome to Fisherman`s Cottage by the Luleå Bay in beautiful woods with a private beach. 12 km from Town Center, 4 km from Luleå Airport and 100 Km south of the arctic circle. Location in a habitat visited by some forty bird species which 15 regularly breeding, e.g. European Hobby, raven, various woodpeckers, terns, waterfowl and sandpiper. Occasionall visits by moose, seal, trout - and we have even had bear and reindeer in front of our cottages.
