In addition to the fact that the house is close to the water with a beach 60 meters away, the property borders the forest and the nature reserve Ormberget-Hertsölandet. There are trails that run for miles! In winter, the sea freezes and you can ski out and round the nearby islands or hike with snowshoeing in the forest on the frozen marshes. Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

There are two toilets, laundry room, sauna, bathtub and showers. There are patios with dining tables on both the front and back. Gas grill and wood stove. A trampoline and swings are next to the house as well as green areas, Luleå's best playground is only 100 meters away. Walking to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We as a host family live in the main building on the same property and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the property.
