The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

In autumn you can enjoy nature's delights, berries and mushrooms are available to pick in the forest. Nature conservation area with nature trail is located barely 1 km walk from the guest house. Barbecue area is by the shore where you can prepare a meal for a wave puppy and bird chirping. 14 km to Luleå center. There is a wood-burning stove in the cabin. The sauna is wood-fired.

Villa by the sea

If you love being close to nature, this is the place for you! In addition to the fact that the house is close to the water with a beach 60 meters away, the property borders the forest and the nature reserve Ormberget-Hertsölandet. There are trails that run for miles! In winter, the sea freezes and you can ski out and round the nearby islands or hike with snowshoeing in the forest on the frozen marshes. This charming cottage by the water is the perfect place to relax. Surrounded by beautiful nature and with a spectacular view of the sea, it offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat. Here you can enjoy quiet mornings by the water or watch colorful sunsets – a true oasis beyond the hectic pace of everyday life. The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Enjoy lovely nature around the corner. Take a dip from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna at the lake edge. Calm a ride with the boat. Cook over open fire. Visit sea bathing, cozy summer cafe or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dogs not far from the house. Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us. Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We as a host family live in the main building on the same property and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the property. We are happy to help if you have any questions or requests.

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.
