This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. What an eclectic apartment. Just marvelous decor. The photos do not do it justice and the price is great! The location is walk-able to restaurants, a mall, the best hotels, coffee shops, and mini markets. The apartment does not come with any condiments in the kitchen but they do give you a bottle of Malbec which was so nice. The second bedroom is apart from the rest making it a more secluded room but has its own bathroom for convenience. Viviana was very flexible and kind to respond quickly to any questions we had. Loved the roominess of the living room. Hated the bed mattress. Unfortunately, it was extremely old and uncomfortable and the comforter smelled very old too. We did not have any good nights of sleep because of the mattress however, we loved the apartment. The two patios are so chic and unique but just need a little tiding up. My family came over the last night we were there for our farewells and they also were in awe of how charming the place is! Thank you Pablo and Viviana!

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Beautiful apartment. The apartment is much larger than it looks like in the pictures, so that was great! The apartment is in a great location, you are close to all neighbourhoods! You have everything you need just steps away. The best outlets are super close to go shopping. The apartment has was super clean and Rebecca took the time to explain everything to us , which was nice seeing as most hosts do not take the time to do this. The apartment itself has everything you need and more, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed is super comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again !!

The apartment is located in a stylish and safe neighborhood with a beautiful view of the river and the Retiro area. The atmosphere in the apartment is very cozy, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is quite spacious and on the outside it has a clothes washer. The closets in both the living room and the room are spacious. Lola is a caring host and maintains good communication with the tenants and employees of the building who provide security and attention to the traveler. I would love to stay in this apartment again when I return to Buenos Aires.

We had a fantastic three-month stay! The apartment is a perfect mix of historic elements and modern convenience. All the appliances are modern and new (kitchen appliances, washer, dishwasher); the design is appealing; the historic charm is preserved. From the balconies, there is a beautiful view- and often you can see marches, parades, and markets. Some reviewers talked about the noise, but we found it loud only during those marches/parades, and the only places that are loud are the living room and office. In the bedrooms it’s quiet and peaceful. Wifi speed was excellent and there were no interruptions. The neighborhood is lively and there is lots to explore. The hosts are terrific. We hope to be back!

Ana was great at all times and was always attentive to my needs, the arrival and departure were very flexible, the apartment is very comfortable, it has a large window where you can see a garden, and it has everything you need for a short or long stay, the environment is very nice and pleasant for walks. There are many services nearby: supermarket, banks, pharmacies and restaurants.
