Lovely Cottage in a domaine with pool

Completely renovated in june 2022. Cottage located at the entrance of the domain "La Rousserie". You will be seduced by the calm and tranquility of the place. THe swimming pool is opened until 9.00 pm and shared with owners (sometimes we are not on place for holidays). You will probably see some derrs, pheasants and storks. From there, you can visit St Emilion and the vineyard (18 km), the Dune of Pyla (70 km), ocean beaches (53 km), the city of Bordeaux (23 km) and the périgord (50 km).

Quiet cottage between Saint Emilion and Bordeaux

Sandra and Joffrey welcome you to their completely renovated gîte. Located 18 km from Saint Emilion, on the route of castles and wines. Access to the A10 and N10 motorways is 10 minutes away. Bordeaux is less than 30 minutes away, you can visit the beaches of the South West (Dune du Pilat, Lacanau...) in less than an hour, or visit the beautiful landscapes of the Dordogne. A spa and massage parlor is located behind the vacation rental to relax during your stay.

Les berges de la Dordogne sont dangereuses et non sécurisées, leur accès se fait donc sous votre entière responsabilité.

The hillside house of Château Mazeris is a peaceful place on the heights of Fronsadais amid vineyards. It was completely renovated this year so you can enjoy a magnificent view, moments of relaxation and conviviality thanks to its large terrace, swimming pool and pétanque court. Our region is full of activities and places to discover. Winegrowers in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we will be happy to show you around the property and taste our wines.
