Renovated Landes sheepfold in a typical one-hectare airial, planted with century-old oaks. The house is 10 minutes from the lakes and 20 minutes from the ocean (Mimizan Plage). With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Between forest and ocean

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private entrance without neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice to have an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available at an extra cost (50 euro unlimited per night of booking, from your arrival until your departure the next day.
