Vacation rentals with beach access in Ludwigslust-Parchim

Super nice apartment, which I visited with my wife and 5-month-old son. Stephan is a great host who responds very quickly to questions and helps you. Our stay was great, we will be happy to come back.

A very tastefully furnished and both clean and functional accommodation with stunning views of the sea! We enjoyed the morning coffee on the terrace very much and it was a wonderful start to the day. We felt absolutely comfortable and had a very accommodating and exceptionally nice hostess with Karina! We will book the accommodation again for future vacations on the Baltic Sea!

The apartment was really very nice and stylish as well as perfectly equipped. The beach was quick and within walking distance. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet and therefore perfect for a few days off. We immediately felt very comfortable and would come back any time.

We felt very comfortable in the very tastefully decorated apartment! It has everything you need, for kids there is a travel cot, high chair and toys. Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach the beach and the city, and the bakery and supermarket are minutes away. Lars is a great host, available for all questions and very friendly in communication - we will be happy to come back :-)

The apartment is centrally located, just one street from the beach and promenade with shops and restaurants. Nevertheless, it is very quiet there with a sunny balcony overlooking the countryside. You will find everything you need in the apartment. There is also an elevator so you don't have to carry the suitcases up. Unfortunately, the parking in front of the house for our car was very narrow.

Everything was great! Check-in went smoothly as did the previous communication. The apartment is nicely cut, is centrally located and around it is still quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are nice and bright. The only small drawback is, in my view, that moisture quickly forms in the apartment, but this is also due to the basement location of the apartment. Once moisture is present there (e.g. after wet cleaning), it is difficult to get rid of it despite intensive ventilation.

Larissa's place was excellent. Totally clean, nicely decorated and a great location. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation.

We really had a great time in Friederike's beautiful apartment. The sea view is unique, the apartment is beautifully furnished and the bus stop is right at your doorstep. I recommend it in any case :)

We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt comfortable right from the start! So much love for detail and just a stone's throw away from the sea with fantastic sunset.

We spent a long weekend in the apartment and felt very comfortable. I recommend trips to Wismar and Boltenhagen. The contact with the hosts was very nice.

The house is very nice, very extensively equipped and stylishly furnished. The communication before and during the stay worked well. From the location and immediate surroundings, nature is beautiful & the path to the beach is short, which is great, very unfortunate and negative, but I found the direct location on the village main road without a fence, which is not so suitable for holidays with a dog. With the beds, the mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of taste. Sauna in the garden great! There were also very nice people who take care of the garden and everything, the communication was always very warm and pleasant.

There were four of us and we felt right at home. So lovingly furnished, great, high-quality amenities, cozy warm in winter upon our arrival and also warm hosts who were very easily accessible and responded promptly to our requests. We would have preferred to have stayed longer. :)

Very nice and modern place to stay. This cottage has everything a vacation home needs to feel comfortable.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable as a family. The only drawback: We arrived in the afternoon in winter and only turned on the underfloor heating ourselves. It took almost a day for it to heat the apartment pleasantly. Here it would have been nice if the heating had already been turned on in the morning on the day of arrival.

Very nice location, quiet, close to the sea, you can quickly reach Kühlungsborn by bike for shopping, cinema, restaurant... Beautiful bike paths to Rerik in the west and Nienhagen to the east we did, the coast and the ghost forest are great. We also took a cold bath in the sea, nice and refreshing in April. The apartment is top, great bathroom with great shower, kitchen with seating/large table excellent and cozy, living room has everything you need and a cozy couch. And in the bedroom there are very good mattresses on which we slept deeply and tightly. In the garden on the garden bench we had a cozy breakfast in the morning sun: what more could you ask for? Holger is very nice, friendly, responds very quickly and took wonderful care of us. We were more than satisfied. It couldn't be better. Thank you for everything🙏🌸

We had a wonderful week in Grömitz! Bettina's apartment was perfect for us as a family with a baby and toddler, the location is fantastic, we were right on the promenade and in general the area invites for many, family-friendly getaways. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a small, functional kitchen that offers everything you need. Also the 2 separated bedrooms were worth gold for us. Communication with Bettina was very warm, straightforward and very reliable from the beginning, no question remained unanswered. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our time there. It was wonderfully quiet and with the bikes Kühlungsborn and Rerik were easily accessible. We were able to do many nice tours on the coast and were able to get supplies in Kägsdorf through the shop in the neighborhood. The apartment was superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need. We felt very comfortable.

Kathrin was very nice and provided us with all the important information about our stay, so everything was super easy and straightforward. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The central location is also great.

The apartment was as described and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. The location is great and the beach is a very quick walk away! The contact with Klaus was very friendly and easy. The only thing that was a bit silly for us as a family with two children was that it is very bright. Otherwise, everything was great!

Wonderful days at the Baltic Sea! We just had a great time in this beautiful apartment and are impressed by the attention to detail and the warmth we met here. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt right at home - the decor is not only tasteful and high quality, but also incredibly cozy. Every room is decorated with care that you can just feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is an absolute dream: unobstructed view, not far from the Baltic Sea beach, bike and walking trails nearby and by car about 15 minutes to Wismar's old town. Waking up in the morning and smell the scent of the salty sea air was simply priceless! We would like to emphasise the hostess. She thought of everything from little touches to child-friendly amenities. Gabriele is easy to reach, very kind and helpful! Thank you for this wonderful time!
