Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and a 15,000 m² garden and courtyard. Both apartments have a separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but cannot be reached by public transportation. There is no Wi-Fi! But a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum for 2 persons! Do not bring animals
