Villa vacation rentals in Lucinico

7-day vacation for 8 people. This house is fantastic, in real life it's almost more beautiful than in the photos. Each person had personal towels and also a beach towel available. We were also given welcome drinks. Everything new, very clean and tidy. Large swimming pool very nice for when it's hot, grill for cooking outside, ping pong, ample space for everyone, what more could you want? The area is very quiet, around there is practically nothing but other villas, but thanks to the bikes available you can get to the center of Umag in no time. We were looking for a home to take a vacation together and relax and Villa Lori fully satisfied us. Florian and Aleksandra were very helpful and kind.

We stayed for a week with our family at Nina’s beautiful villa. The place is quiet, well decorated with a private pool. We used it for our trips to Slovenia, Croatia and Italia. Nina was friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here!

View is amazing, we really enjoyed the stay. Only FYI to concider the parking is public, but one spot was allways free and groceries are far for walking so you need to use car or public transportation

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The accommodation was very clean, spacious, well air-conditioned and authentically furnished and Goran is always available. The entire outdoor area with a pool and barbecue area as well as the private location were perfect for a relaxing break. Will come again any time! :)

Tina’s house is absolutely lovely in a village a few km from the coast. It looks exactly as it does in the photos. Everything was set up for our arrival, exceptionally clean, and the house has everything you need for a lovely week. Tina is a perfect host. She kindly provided us with local produce to welcome us and some to take home. Some great villages and towns to visit on the coast and a couple of decent restaurants in the village, we particularly recommend Hisa Torkla.

Very quiet and lovely house, conveniently located 20-25 min from beautiful Grado. We had an amazing time at Stefano’s place, who is a great host and there when you need him. He was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us.

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

Enej’s place was spacious and quiet, with great views of the Portorož area and all the comforts of home we needed. The house is the last one on a dead-end street so there was no road noise whatsoever. It sits on a decent sized plot of land so the neighbors are not too close. The outdoor deck is vast, though we didn’t make much use of it due to weather. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights we did.

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

We had a terrific stay - the location of the house is stunning with views over the water; the pool was clean and refreshing; and the house was comfortable, well appointed and well laid out. The beach just 2 minutes walk was great for salt water swimming (and easy paddle board rentals) and Piran with its cafes, restaurants and winding Venetian alleyways is a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll along the water. Katja was a fabulous host - super responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay and helpful with local suggestions (and even volunteered to refresh the house for us.) I highly recommend Villa Ella to anyone considering a stay on this beautiful part of the Istrian coast! Our stay could not have been any better!

The place was perfect for our group and very clean. The reception of Annette and Piotr was very warm and the communication uncomplicated. After consultation, we were already able to enter the accommodation at 11am, which was convenient for us. The villa was just as we imagined it. Some small things were no longer quite in tack, but they were taken care of immediately when we noticed. All in all, we were very happy and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

We traveled to Croatia with a group of 8 people. The Herceg house was perfect for that. In the main house are the bedrooms and in the annex the large dining table, where we carried out all activities without having to disturb the sleepers. Our hostess was very helpful and kind. We felt very welcome. The house is in excellent condition. The photos are very up-to-date. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery and pots, two refrigerators where we could store everything. Our stay at this house was just fantastic! The house was incredibly clean and exceeded our expectations in every way. The amenities were even better than advertised, which surprised us very positively. Particularly noteworthy is the quiet location, which still allowed a good accessibility of all important places by car. A big thank you to Roman, who was always available and helped us with all questions. We can recommend this house.

The first thing to say is, the pictures do not do it justice. Arriving at this accommodation will put a great smile on your face. It is beautiful, tastefully decorated and superbly fitted out with everything you could ever need. The host has thought of everything. The perfect place for an Instrian holiday with a group!

Peaceful & near nature, fully equipped household, enjoyed our stay a lot. Outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired, secluded location makes for a relaxed stay while still being only a short drive away from shopping or tourist inquiries.

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.
