Vacanza di 7 giorni in 8 persone. Questa casa è fantastica, dal vivo è quasi più bella che in foto. Ogni persona aveva a disposizione degli asciugamani personali e anche un telo mare. Ci sono state date anche delle bevande di benvenuto. Tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e in ordine. Grande piscina molto bella per quando fa caldo, griglia per cucinare all'esterno, ping pong, ampi spazi per tutti, cosa vuoi di più? La zona è molto tranquilla, intorno non c'è praticamente nulla se non altre ville, ma grazie alle bici a disposizione arrivi in un attimo nel centro di Umag. Cercavamo una casa per fare una vacanza tutti insieme e rilassarci e Villa Lori ci ha soddisfatto a pieno. Florian e Aleksandra poi sono stati molto disponibili e gentili.

We stayed for a week with our family at Nina’s beautiful villa. The place is quiet, well decorated with a private pool. We used it for our trips to Slovenia, Croatia and Italia. Nina was friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here!

View is amazing, we really enjoyed the stay. Only FYI to concider the parking is public, but one spot was allways free and groceries are far for walking so you need to use car or public transportation

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, großzügig, gut klimatisiert und authentisch eingerichtet und Goran jederzeit erreichbar. Der gesamte Außenbereich mit Pool und Grillbereich sowie die private Lage waren perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit. Jederzeit wieder! :)

Stay was awesome and place is so cozy with some of the best restaurants and winery in Istria within walking distance.

Wir verbrachten 6 Tage mit zwei Kindern in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war traumhaft, das Haus sehr hochwertig mit guter Fußbodenheizung, das war im Herbst sehr angenehm. Der Pool war beheizt, man konnte bei 24 Grad auch noch baden. Alle schönen Küstenorte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit problemlos erreichbar. Gutes lokales Olivenöl und Wein, genauso wie zwei Restaurants, sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich im Ort, dieser hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Very quiet and lovely house, conveniently located 20-25 min from beautiful Grado. We had an amazing time at Stefano’s place, who is a great host and there when you need him. He was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us.

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

Enej’s place was spacious and quiet, with great views of the Portorož area and all the comforts of home we needed. The house is the last one on a dead-end street so there was no road noise whatsoever. It sits on a decent sized plot of land so the neighbors are not too close. The outdoor deck is vast, though we didn’t make much use of it due to weather. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights we did.

Schöne Urlaubswoche in ruhiger Umgebung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

This Vila was even better than expected! The views were exceptional, the rooms were late and facilities fantastic. Angela was so easy to communicate with and made us feel so welcome. Thanks for a great trip and hope to come back one day! :)

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

We had a terrific stay - the location of the house is stunning with views over the water; the pool was clean and refreshing; and the house was comfortable, well appointed and well laid out. The beach just 2 minutes walk was great for salt water swimming (and easy paddle board rentals) and Piran with its cafes, restaurants and winding Venetian alleyways is a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll along the water. Katja was a fabulous host - super responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay and helpful with local suggestions (and even volunteered to refresh the house for us.) I highly recommend Villa Ella to anyone considering a stay on this beautiful part of the Istrian coast! Our stay could not have been any better!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Gruppe und sehr sauber. Der Empfang von Annette und Piotr war sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Wir konnten nach Rücksprache bereits um 11 Uhr in die Unterkunft, was für uns praktisch war. Die Villa war genauso wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Einige Kleinigkeiten waren nicht mehr ganz in Tackt, allerdings wurde sich darum sofort gekümmert als wir dies angemerkt haben. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr glücklich und können die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen nach Kroatien gereist. Das Haus Herceg war perfekt dafür. Im Haupthaus sind die Schlafzimmer und im Nebenhaus der große Esstisch, an dem wir alle Aktivitäten durchgeführt haben, ohne die Schlafenden stören zu müssen. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Fotos sind sehr aktuell. Es gibt jede Menge Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe, zwei Kühlschränke, in denen wir alles aufbewahren konnten. Wir können Haus Herceg uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war unglaublich sauber und übertraf unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Die Ausstattung war sogar besser als angegeben, was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage, die dennoch eine gute Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigen Orte mit dem Auto ermöglichte. Ein großes Dankeschön an Roman, der immer erreichbar war und uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen hat. Wir können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen .

We vonden het super geweldig om in Villa Morgan te verblijven! Mooie en rustige omgeving, het centrum en winkels waren vlakbij, met de auto 6 tot 7 minuten. Onze host Jenny was echt vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Het zwembad was lekker verwarmd waardoor de kinderen elke dag konden zwemmen en genieten. Het huis is heel erg modern ingericht! We waren met 2 gezinnen. Het was dus superfijn dat de villa bestaat uit twee volledig ingerichte appartementen. Zo had ieder gezin toch nog privacy maar konden we ook samen komen in de tuin, bij het zwembad. Alles was heel erg schoon en netjes!! Dat vond ik super belangrijk! En gelukkig was dat ook zo! Umag grenst vlakbij Slovenië, daar kan je de grootste grotten van Europa bezoeken! Moeite waard! En ook hebben we een dagje Venetië gedaan, raden we ook zeker aan om te doen. Dat was 2 uur rijden vanuit Umag. Wij vinden de villa een aanrader en komen zeker nog eens terug. Groetjes

Die Villa ist unglaublich schön und sehr sauber mit sehr viel Platz. Dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat ist sehr von Vorteil. Draussen am Pool kann man sehr gut abschalten und sich den ganzen Tag sonnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wspaniałe miejsce dla dużej grupy osób. Stara odnowiona mleczarnia (byliśmy w grupie 9 osobowej ) Miejsce z "duszą" Komfort przestrzeni. Duża wygodna kuchnia, olbrzymia jadalnia i salon. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo czysto i mega przyjemnie John jest niezwykle serdeczny i przyjazny. Dom płożony na skraju lasu z cudownym widokiem na góry. Wspaniała baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Tiestu, Opatiji. Polecam także dla rowerzystów . John, bardzo dziękuję za możliwość spędzeniu kilku dni w Twoim domu. Dostaliśmy w bonusie cudowną letnią pogodę i niezapomniane chwile. Bez wątpienia jedna z najlepszych miejscówek pozdrawiam Maria

Mirja macht alles möglich, damit man einen möglichst schönen Aufenthalt hat. Sie ist eine super Gastgeberin und hilft bei allem sofort aus. Sie hat uns sogar Hühnersuppe gekocht, als wir krank wurden ❤️ DANKE! Wir haben uns super wohl in Ihrer Villa gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es ist alles blitzsauber und genau wie beschrieben. Für die Kinder war das Haus auch perfekt, da man das große Spielzimmer im Haus hat, die überdachte Terrasse für ausreichend Schatten und sogar der Pool hat ein perfekt angebrachtes Sonnensegel. Kurzum: es ist ein Träumchen!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und für alles Mirja 🥰
