Villa vacation rentals in Lucinico

Wir würden sehr herzlich durch Christina (Mama von Tania) begrüßt, eingewiesen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Tania war stets erreichbar und Christina immer ansprechbar. Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung, ist gemütlich und komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Wasserbecken ist sehr schön um sich zwischendurch zu erfrischen. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und die Abende haben wir ausschließlich auf der gemütlichen und überdachten Terrasse verbracht. Dort gibt es auch einen zusätzlichen kleinen Kühlschrank für Getränke, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Villa befindet in einer guten Nachbarschaft und ist einer super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. an den Strand, nach Triest oder Koper (tolle mittelalterliche Stadt in Slowenien mit Strand). Vielen Dank an Tania und Christina, wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns in dieser schönen Villa sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Vacanza di 7 giorni in 8 persone. Questa casa è fantastica, dal vivo è quasi più bella che in foto. Ogni persona aveva a disposizione degli asciugamani personali e anche un telo mare. Ci sono state date anche delle bevande di benvenuto. Tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e in ordine. Grande piscina molto bella per quando fa caldo, griglia per cucinare all'esterno, ping pong, ampi spazi per tutti, cosa vuoi di più? La zona è molto tranquilla, intorno non c'è praticamente nulla se non altre ville, ma grazie alle bici a disposizione arrivi in un attimo nel centro di Umag. Cercavamo una casa per fare una vacanza tutti insieme e rilassarci e Villa Lori ci ha soddisfatto a pieno. Florian e Aleksandra poi sono stati molto disponibili e gentili.

Hôte super ! Nous avons été accueilli directement par Filomena et son mari . Elle a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de chaque élément de la maison. Elle nous a donné des indications sur les activités à faire autour de la maison ainsi que les restaurants . La maison est superbe , bien adapté pour une famille . La salle de bain est magnifique . Le petit jardin ajoute la touche finale à ce superbe logement . Filomena et son mari ont été présent tout le long du séjour pour nous aider. Je recommande vivement !!!!

Minden rendben volt, a szálláshely ideális 6-8 fős családok részére, tiszta és rendezett volt, a kommunikáció könnyen ment.

Haus, Pool, Garten sind blitzsauber und gepflegt, genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation einfach, auf deutsch und englisch möglich. Wir reisten mit 3 Hunden an, was gar kein Problem darstellte. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt und zum Gassi gehen gibt es gleich mehrere Runden durch das kroatische Umland. Von der Terrasse aus kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Wir werden den Gesang der Vögel vermissen, besonders die Nachtigall, die ganz nah und pünktlich jeden Abend ihr Lied trällerte. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, so gut, dass wir wieder kommen wollen.

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

We vonden het super geweldig om in Villa Morgan te verblijven! Mooie en rustige omgeving, het centrum en winkels waren vlakbij, met de auto 6 tot 7 minuten. Onze host Jenny was echt vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Het zwembad was lekker verwarmd waardoor de kinderen elke dag konden zwemmen en genieten. Het huis is heel erg modern ingericht! We waren met 2 gezinnen. Het was dus superfijn dat de villa bestaat uit twee volledig ingerichte appartementen. Zo had ieder gezin toch nog privacy maar konden we ook samen komen in de tuin, bij het zwembad. Alles was heel erg schoon en netjes!! Dat vond ik super belangrijk! En gelukkig was dat ook zo! Umag grenst vlakbij Slovenië, daar kan je de grootste grotten van Europa bezoeken! Moeite waard! En ook hebben we een dagje Venetië gedaan, raden we ook zeker aan om te doen. Dat was 2 uur rijden vanuit Umag. Wij vinden de villa een aanrader en komen zeker nog eens terug. Groetjes

Schöne Urlaubswoche in ruhiger Umgebung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

Jolanda was a fantastic host. Easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone!

This was a wonderful place to stay - the view from the living area and balcony was stunning; the place was super clean; and enough space (and beds) for our group of 6 women. Carlo was extremely helpful, and even included a short video and how to find the address (which came in handy).

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Savudria Lighthouse. Wir konnten ein bisschen eher einchecken und fanden das ganze Haus in sehr sauberem Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet vor. Der Kontakt war bereits vorab sehr gut und alle Fragen wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. In der Gegend gibt es einige gute Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und alles lief reibungslos.

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

Wunderschöner Ausblick, tolle Terrasse, sehr sauber, Triest ist gut öffentlich erreichbar, wobei der Bus (zumindest im Winter nur bis ca 20:30 fährt). Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Würde mir noch ein Mülltrennsystem wünschen, nicht nur einen Kübel für alles.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen. Der Pool war das Highlight. Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir in der ersten Woche die einzigen Gäste waren und somit den Pool und das Grundstück nur für uns hatten. Danach kamen noch zusätzlich Gäste. Da diese sehr ruhig waren, war es auch nicht störend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Sie hat auch eine Klimaanlage (jedoch nur im Flur, folglich muss man die Schlafzimmertüren offen halten, damit es gut abkühlt). Barbka ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit hier hat super geklappt. Außerdem hat sie uns zweimal frisches Gemüse aus ihrem Garten gebracht.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Alles super sauber gewesen. Perfekte Zimmeraufteilung und der Pool war ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We gingen met 2 gezinnen (elk 3 kinderen) naar het huis en dit was echt ideaal; ieder gezin had zijn eigen deel, maar er was ook een ruime gemeenschappelijke keuken met toilet. Het zwembad en uitzicht buiten was prachtig,de binnenruimtes mooi, proper en gelukkig overal met airco. De host Briskva was super vriendelijk en nam vooraf al contact met ons om te horen wat we allemaal nodig hadden met de baby's. We kregen een welkomstdrankje en hapje wat het toekomen na een lange reis erg aangenaam maakte! Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig; van wasmachine tot wat speelgoed voor de kinderen, we hebben niets gemist en geweldig genoten!
