Very nice, small apartment. Right in the pedestrian zone and right on the beach. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants also nearby. The apartment has good amenities and was very clean. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

Alberto is a great host, super helpful, very accommodating and always available. We had a wonderful stay in a fantastic apartment in a beautiful setting. A special highlight is the private beach with its own loungers and parasol and the balcony overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy the sunset every day.

Apartment is located on a great place, everything is very close including restaurants, bakery, cafés ... We were very happy with everything! Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation and location. Katarina was very kind, offering tips for trips, restaurants, and activities related to Koper and the surrounding area. Everything went smoothly and smoothly.

Teresa was very kind. The appartment is located on good spot and is very clean and cosy. Teresa welcomed us and gave us some tips and showed us the great view from terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped! :)

We had a very nice long weekend in Grado. Accommodation met all our expectations. Tastefully decorated, clean, cozy apartment with modern furniture. In terms of location, it is located in a calm, quiet street not far from the old town, in an easy walking distance. Ugo is a very fair, friendly Transient Lodging Tax. She was responsive to all our questions. We had a wonderful spring weekend at her place. Thank you! We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful short holiday in Marina Julia! Ami was very welcoming and kind and we loved the neighborhood, the sea, the nature reserve with many kinds of birds and the tranquility out of season. Although we stayed only for three nights we very much felt at home at the cosy, pretty apartment. Thanks a lot for your hospitality, Ami!

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Very clean and nice accommodation, we were also allowed to check in much earlier on request and the hostess speaks good German. The beach is easily accessible and equipped, offers shaded places and a beautiful, inexpensive beach bar. The water is turquoise but cloudy & nature breathtaking! The only drawback we have is that the images of the listing are outdated. Most of the furnishings have now been replaced or removed - but this is positive, especially at the top of the living room - or elsewhere. Also the large apartment complex right next door does not even exist in the pictures. This keeps it shaded for a long time, especially in the outdoor area. The village is quiet and empty, apart from the boats and cars in the harbor and a large power plant next door. However, many people travel daily to the beach & at one night there was even a big concert there. We had a lovely time overall and did not disappoint!

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Super, wonderful place!

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Great place. Very cozy and very clean. Cristian is a great host that went out of his way to make sure we were all sorted. He arranged a shuttle to help us with our luggage and took extra time to sort our parking, making the entire check in experience very relaxing. What a great place. We loved it.

Everything was fine. The appartment was clean and big enough. The location was great and directly next to the sea. Thx to Andrej for the proactive messaging and for his recommendations. It was overall a pleasent stay.

Susanna is a super host, really very kind, nice and attentive to our needs and those of our little dog. The attic is super quiet and the terrace is fantastic. Super recommended! The house also has a super convenient private parking lot. We'll be back! Thank you so much.

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

We found Natasha and Samuele to be two wonderful people, they exceeded expectations right from the first contact with Natasha; they make you feel at home with their special and unexpected welcome, even with unexpected gestures and welcome gifts! Bathroom kit as in resorts, including sleep masks. Apartment with attention to every detail and excellent taste, especially the bedroom/living room with a large window overlooking the sea. But also the super-equipped kitchen enjoys the same view for breakfast or lunch. Perfect for two people. We stayed in touch with Natasha and Samuele during our stay, receiving valuable tips and information about activities and places of interest nearby. We will definitely be back and recommend it! And anyway Trieste is a beautiful city and you eat and drink very well!

We can highly recommend Ennio's apartment (we were on the 1st floor). It is modern and high-quality furnished, as well as well equipped with everything you need (e.g. Kitchen and bathroom). It is quiet and from the small balcony you even have a view of the sea. We were also always able to park right in front of the house on the street. You don't drive long to Trieste, but you can also take hikes along the sea from the house away. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was very charming. It had a beautiful view of the ocean🌊 and the location was great, many restaurants near by and lots to do! We enjoyed our stay very much!😃
