Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and only a few kilometres from the heart of Grado. The bikes were absolutely ideal for getting around in the city and the surrounding area. This is really a nice service! Francesca welcomed us and showed everything. The apartment is not new, but it looks exactly as on the pictures. All in all, it’s a good choice for 2 people or a small family. The terrace would also have been nice, if the weather would have been a bit better.

We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

A sweet apartment with a nice location, loved the interior, very practical and clean, the bed was comfortable, it had everything needed. The walls seem well isolated so it probably isn't hot in the summer, the apartment keeps cool but there is an AC to warm or cool the apartment which works well. However, you can’t get to the apartment with a car. This is true for most of Piran, so ask in advance for parking options.For 24 hours, there are garages which are acceptable

The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks to the air conditioning, the rooms were at a pleasant temperature. The only negative thing is the thin walls, so you can hear other guests. But since you're spending time outside, it doesn't really matter as long as other people don't make noise from early in the morning. They were very satisfied. I can only recommend. It's in a great quiet location yet close to the beach and restaurants.

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

Greatly equipped apartment! In reality, it's much better than the pictures! Beautiful apartment, perfect location, sparkling cleanliness, wonderful tranquility! 5 minutes walk to the sea! It meets all needs, I can only recommend it! The host Yvan and Linda are perfect hosts!! They are extremely friendly, hospitable, extremely helpful and generous! We will definitely be back again!! The location of the apartment is perfect, especially with a dog. The apartment itself is just as: well laid out, super clean and cozy. In the kitchen and bathroom, everything is available. And the sunny balcony overlooking the square is the highlight! Donatella arranges the entrance to the pedestrian zone for unloading in advance, and she is there herself at check-in. From the start, communication with her is very easy and warm. We will be happy to come back very soon.
