Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! David was a great communicator and responsive at all times. Location was perfectly situated near the station and an easy walk to most of the tourist attractions. The apartment was spotless and well equipped

Appartamento molto grazioso ideale per fare 2 passi nel centro storico di Umbertide, facile trovare posteggio nelle vie intorno. Si trova all’ultimo piano di un palazzo storico e racchiude in se tanti piccoli dettagli che lo rendono affascinante. Sabrina è un host che vi risponderà rapidamente ad ogni domanda.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

This apartment was incredible, beautifully decorated with a lot of amenities, the rooftop porch was amazing. The location was excellent, close to everything. Our host made checkin very easy and gave recommendations for restaurants, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend for a stay in Florence.

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

This is such a lovely Airbnb in the heart of Umbria. There are so many wonderful towns to explore around it - and the sunsets at the Airbnb are absolutely GORGEOUS overlooking the countryside. We were extremely comfortable, the house and yard are well cared for, and Alessandro is a wonderful host. We will be back! It’s also animal friendly! 10/10!

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Esperienza bellissima!!!! L’host stato davvero molto ospitale, gentile e disponibile. Anche la cortesia dei genitori di Silvio davvero delle persone squisite. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal nostro arrivo. La casa era super bella, oltre le nostre aspettative forse le foto non rendono ma è sicuramente molto più bella dal vivo. Soggiorno rilassante, la piscina l’abbiamo sfruttata sempre e loro venivano presto la mattina a pulirla senza mai dare fastidio. Abbiamo anche fatto una partitella a calcetto con dei ragazzi del posto…molto bravi! e Leo ha portato pure i gelati 😊 Abbiamo avuto anche dei doni da parte loro…una cesta di pomodori del loro orto. Consigliatissimo

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location, so close to the Duomo and high street. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay effortless. Super clean and the thoughtfully equipped. The hosts are outstanding, great at communicating and couldn’t do enough for us, even recommending local restaurants and checking in to make sure we were all settled. We stayed there with two little kids and it was perfect. We would totally recommend and will be staying here again. We have recommended to family and friends already!

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

Très joli appartement décoré avec goût. Il dispose d’une terrasse, un plus. Le quartier est très calme. À 3 minutes du tram pour le centre-ville de Florence. C’est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié également le garage fermé pour la voiture et le magasin bio à côté. Enfin, Daniela a été super réactive dans tous nos messages.

Frederica's place is fantastic. An amazing location in a beautiful city. Inside the flat is modern, but sympathetic to the wonderful old building. This is a really special place and I loved staying there. Frederica was a great host.

Отличная квартира, Антонио был очень отзывчив. Квартира классная, но больше подойдет для людей без детей, т.к. квартира не сильно приспособлена для детей. Также если у вас много вещей или тяжелые чемоданы, коляска, то от лифта в в квартиру ведет достаточно крутая лестница, т.к. квартира расположена на мансардном этаже.Но имеет 2 очень классные террасы с отличным видом!!! Из минусов лично моих: очень маленькая и не совсем удобная кухня(но это только если вы собираетесь готовить). Не очень хороший напор горячей воды. В остальном квартира понравилась! Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of charm, with high ceilings and an unbeatable location just steps from the Duomo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms clean with great hot water, and the kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly, making it very convenient for our family. Tomasso and Francesco were exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, and always responsive. Due to our travel delay, Tomasso generously refunded half of the first night and even brought us groceries to help us settle in, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also helped us store our luggage after checkout at another of their nearby properties. This stay combined comfort, hospitality, and location in the best way possible. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
