Welcome to our charming apartment nestled in the picturesque valley of Lauterbrunnen, offering easy access to the Bernese Oberland and Jungfrau Region for skiing and hiking adventures. This cosy 52sqm apartment features a bedroom with twin beds, an open living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed, and a separate bathroom. Ideal for 2 guests, it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed. The living room boasts a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV, while free wifi is available throughout. The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a cooker/oven, large fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Step outside onto the large, private furnished balcony overlooking the iconic Staubbach falls and meadow, with a tranquil stream below. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.
