Amazing place to stay and start our Europe holiday. Honestly, Steph has set the standard so high the remaining places would struggle to keep up. Great location, perfect apartment with top quality appliances, super comfy bed and every small detail was considered. Steph was super helpful and responsive within seconds and to be frank best host to date with all the years we have used Airbnb

The apartment is perfectly equipped, comfortable and pleasant. It is ideally placed to explore the local area. Free access to the sauna for the entire stay is a highlight! (Remember to bring your towels!) Only one small problem: the mattresses are too soft for our taste. Everything else was perfect! A gem!

We stayed for 8 days here and would def come back when we're in Zurich again. Firstly, Roland is a proactive and friendly host who is available for any questions you may have. He has created a beautiful clutter free space for guests to relax and enjoy after a long day of exploring. All the amenities listed are available. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils one would need to cook a nice meal if you buy the groceries. Roland has stocked up on the basics like salt & spices which we found super helpful. The location is right beside the train station and is well connected to the rest of the city. The apartment has a panaromic view of the city from the 17th floor and it's beautiful to see the snow capped mountains everyday when you wake up. It's perfect to just do nothing and relax watching the TV or the views. The bed is really comfortable too. Overall, we felt right at home in this beautiful, well maintained apartment and would def recommend to anyone looking to stay!

Toni is an excellent person of exceptional kindness who always cared about our stay and comfort. He was interested and helped us a lot with the use of public transportation. He is a very friendly person with us who made us feel at home and is now a 10/10 friend. It has a very high gift of collaboration and helpfulness. Is a q person for sure we will see again. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s this is a standout first class apartment with plenty of space for 3 of us and right next to the main gondola lift. If there was anything (and this is being mega critical) the foldout bed in the top bedroom is very uncomfortable and maybe only suitable for younger children. Our 12 Y/O was pretty happy but definitely not usable for an adult. Swimming pool was a nice touch although the lovely new Sauna is also nice please be aware brits it’s no swimwear so leave your inhibitions behind !!!

The apartment is well furnished, the surroundings is quiet and very nice. Host was nice and friendly.

I love everything about this place. A good base for Luzerne touristy area. Clean and comfy

It’s a beautiful scenic mountains locations. On a sunny day you can see a group of para gliding people from the mountain flying like birds and the Swiss Alps covered with snow a contrast spectacular yore from the property. He kept the detached house very clean and all amenities.

Hugely successful 'once in a lifetime' family skiing trip, largely due to our host John's exceptional help in all matters. There were 17 of us and everbody was happy with their sleeping arrangements. John located us looking lost in town, escorted us up the hill and put chains on our rental car. He was the perfect gentleman, calm, welcoming and helpful. Excellent support before and during our stay. The Racklette John and family produced was delicious, a novel meal and a first for most of us. Lots of little extras, like the Xmas tree and sleds for the kids. So much ice cream we could hardly finish it all! Oh, and the brand new kitchen.

Helen's apartment is really nice. Quietly located in a small village above Lake Zurich. You will find everything you need. The beds were also very comfortable and the apartment has its own charm. We will be happy to come back.
