We had an incredible time in Dublin! Denise is the BEST host; from the space being spotless with countless personal touches that made us feel so welcome, to the thorough details and recommendations provided in a handy binder in addition to her proactive communications in advance of our arrival, we truly couldn’t ask for more! Thank you for making us feel so spoiled and at home in your lovely place. The location was perfect with a really easy and direct bus route to the heart of the city centre. I thoroughly enjoyed my holidays in Dublin. Lucan is a quiet residential area from where I took a bus to the city every day. Dublin itself of course is a very intense and big city. Joe and Veronica's house is a real nice place to stay. My room was very comfortable with an excellent big bed, a desk, lots of storage possibility, a big window with quality curtains. They are accessible for any assistance at any time. Within 5 min. walk you can reach a huge supermarket with a clothing department, a smaller Spar, coffee house and pizza take-away. Depending on the bus and the destination in the city center the buses take you there in about 25 - 40 min. My personal highlights in Dublin were the Botanical gardens and the zoo. Thanks to Joe and Veronica and wishing all future visitors a good time.
