A stream flows next to it, and the forest rich in mushrooms is 100 m away. There are hiking trails nearby and a bicycle trail next to the house. Beautiful views all around. The house is fenced with a landscaped yard with a barbecue area.

Place is very good comunicated with other parts of Wrocław , bus and railway station only two tram stops away. My appartment is very bright, two-sided. It offers beutiful view on the Nowy Targ Square and old city. After city seeing You can rest in very well designed and equipped interior , cool yourself by air conditioner , drink tee or coffee on the cosy balcony and look at the city from above.

There are also several nice hikingroutes and interesting destinations close to Świdnica (old castles, mountains and other).

The house is moored in front of a small marina, which is located in a village on the 275th kilometer of the Oder River in Uraz, 20 km from Wrocław. The marina is quiet and peaceful. The marina has a pizzeria, a fish fryer and a bar overlooking the water. The rental price includes a rowboat or kayak with a small electric motor for communication with the mainland. Important!! There is no access from the land side. Check-in by motor boat or kayak.
