Ruma Kami is a great place to stay for a couple. Don was a great host. He met us at dock and helped with our luggage and getting us to house. He gave great restaurant recommendations. He even surprised us with a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our anniversary while there! If you are planning on a longer stay, and prefer to cook/eat at home, plan on shopping every few days as refrigerator/freezer are very small. The rest of the kitchen is well equipped with 2 burner stove, small microwave and small toaster oven. There is also a very nice grill on the deck. The bed was very, very comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels were provided. It was clean and quiet. We used the community dock for sunbathing and swimming which was a nice bonus! We definitely had a great stay at Ruma Kami.

It's an unbeatable location. The view outside the slider door looks fake, but it is so perfect. It's a quiet area of the island but a 3-minute walk to the Abaco Inn for breakfast, dinner, or drinks. Be sure to reserve a golf cart ahead of time. There's lots to see on the gorgeous island. Jon's place has a full-size refrigerator and light cooking amenities, but getting to and from the market with water, etc., will require that golf cart. If you're a laid-back person or couple, this spot is ideal. You can lounge on the porch or stroll the beach, disconnect, and relax in paradise. The bed is comfortable, the place is clean. However, if you are a high-maintenance human that needs to be connected to reliable internet and perfect cooling temperatures, this is not the place for you.

The house is stunning, in a wonderful location. Lubbers is a remote little island and a boat is essential. If you’re looking for peace, fishing, exploring pristine beaches …this is the place. Bring bugs spray and some grocery for the first day or two should the sea be too rough for going to the supermarket.

I would definitely stay with Letina and Calvin again! They are fantastic hosts and very warm and welcoming. The accommodation is just perfect! In the sitting room, there was a loveseat with a few chairs. There’s also a small dining table with a few chairs. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own food. The bedroom had a big hutch where you can keep your cloy.The bed was huge and very comfortable. Ice cold air conditioning and ceiling fans in both rooms as well. I really enjoyed my stay there and was also able to smoke a cigar in the outside area where there was a table with chairs and a huge umbrella to provide shade. It’s in a central location in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this accommodation again.
