Definitely one of the best homes in apartment in Luanco. In an unbeatable place, close to everything, decorated with exquisite taste and in an impeccable state. The equally fantastic host attention at all times, staying here was an experience to repeat....!

Cristina was charming, very helpful, and attentive to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It has different places to have a drink on the promenade very close by, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to get a seat). The area is very quiet, it is very good for a walk and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, just with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts it is very worthwhile.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

Communication with Alba was excellent, she allowed us a flexible arrival and helped us find the accommodation, when we arrived there she was waiting for us, she told us where to park, where to eat, where to have some ciders. The apartment is super comfortable, close to everything, the sea, restaurants, supermarkets. We had a great time. We will be back!

Ribadesella is magical and our stay at Blanca's was wonderful. Although there are restaurants below, they don't bother your sleep at all. Also, it was super handy they were there. The view from the balcony is awesome! There is so much to do, we walked everywhere and didn't move our car the entire time of our stay. We loved it!

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

It's been a 10 experience. I'll repeat for sure again. Cozy, clean, comfortable apartment, stylish furniture, modern, downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was great. To put something that I think, it can be improved if there is no washing machine. If the stay is long, it's missing, however there are always solutions for it. The interaction with Angela was great, friendly, precise in directions and she responds quickly to any unforeseen events. We will definitely be back to this apartment!

Very nice and cozy house, with attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were cleaning products in case they were needed. The stove heated up right away. The house was very clean and Mercedes was helpful to us. It also has WiFi (important).

It was a great experience, Sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a lot of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more kitchenware and toiletries than we would have thought when we entered. The house is super quiet and is described exactly as in the photos. The backyard is a plus. We made the most of the days when the weather was bad! Totally recommended, we will definitely be back.

Everything was a 10!! Great and very attentive hosts. They even waited for me with the food because they took into account that at the time I arrived it wasn't going to be easy to find a place to eat, and everything was delicious. Check-in was easy thanks to the host's clear instructions. In addition, he was very flexible with check-in and check-out. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, as it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. The hostess Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us, as we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we don't usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the service and the place. Highly recommended.

We have spent some great days in Asturias. Laura's house is perfect for getaways or to have a good vacation in Luanco. We'll be back!

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.
