In the immediate vicinity of the house, there is a smaller restored barn with a sauna, a professional 6D massage chair and a relaxation corner that we can arrange as an additional fifth bedroom. In the parking lot at the side of the house, free use of the EV charging point, only for the guests of the house.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our house is situated on a small hill near to the Cerknica Lake which disappears in the summer but offers an amazing insight into its Karst bed. This had been our family home for 14 years until 2013 when we moved to Germany and we love spending our summers there. For us, it is a perfect retreat from the busy life in a big city and we enjoy the calmness of the unspoiled nature around the house. Please treat it with respect!
