Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Stayed at Marvin’s place for 7 nights and had a great time. The place was super clean and in a really convenient location ☺️ close to everywhere we wanted to go. Marvin was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

I felt that the price was very reasonable given the quality of the stay and the prime location. The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

The host was responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was secured and peaceful. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We arrived at a clean house, the caretakers were nice and made sure we have what we need before they left. Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were all clean and ready to use. We had more than our moneys worth!

Sir Mark’s place was clean and spacious. The location was also commendable since it was near to a lot of establishments and restaurants. He was also very responsive and both the check in and out processes were very easy. I would book this place again if we need to be in the area. Thank you so much!

Staying at Loida’s place was really convenient and made our wedding prep easy and beautiful. The old house is well maintained and has a very homey vibe. The French windows and doors, the garden and the interiors of the house made it feel like home. The stay was comfortable with the ACU installed in the ground floor and each of the bedrooms. The host was also very sweet and thoughtful, who welcomed us with a gift for our wedding. The caretakers are also very kind and always ready to help. Almost like having your own grandma around. We had a great stay at Lawrence's place! The place is spacious, clean, and maintained. It's conveniently located near a supermarket, which made it easy to grab groceries and essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, making bfast meal prep a breeze. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Like any other Airbnb, there are a few minor things that could use fixing, but nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended! Also thank you very much for the complimentary snacks! We enjoyed it!

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s also well-suited for families, with enough space to make everyone feel at home. There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

This was our first time staying in Marikina, and we’re so glad we found Glenn's place. It’s located in a secure, gated community tucked away in the heart of Marikina city, which made it both peaceful and convenient. We chose this spot because it was centrally located near family members in the area. The check-in process was smooth, and Glenn’s clear instructions made it even easier. Although we encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, Glenn was quick to respond and resolve them. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Glenn’s place to any large families visiting the Philippines.

We had a great time at Amica's place. Probably one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at! The place is quite spacious and had everything we needed for a staycation. Location is very convenient - near Poblacion and Rockwell. Hosts communicated quickly and accommodated our late weekend check-in. Would definitely book again!

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

Joan’s place was just as presented in Airbnb website. ACs in every room, really nice rooftop terrace to hang. She was externally friendly, responded fast and gave us so many recommendations for restaurants, local transport. She welcomed us personally, tour us the house. There was a cold water prepared, some snacks and presents. We felt awesome hospitality. Cheryl on top was her home-made cake she brought. Strongly RECOMMEND!

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

Our family had a great stay! Robert was very accommodating and kept in touch with regular updates, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—close to recreational areas, making it easy to get out and explore. The room was exactly as seen in the photos, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having access to a free pool was a fantastic bonus. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay and will surely go back.

Although we really enjoyed our stay, I’d like to share some points for future guests to consider: Cons: - The place is not accessible by public transportation, so having your own vehicle or arranged transport is a must. - Pool access requires a ₱200 fee and is not included in the amenities. It also needs to be scheduled with the host to ensure availability. That said, the overall experience was great! The place is well-equipped with complete kitchenware and other essentials. It's super quiet and feels very secure—we even took a walk at night without any worries. The host was also very considerate and allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour while we waited for our driver. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it! ❤️ Thank you, Ma’am Betty and Sir Mark!

Expectations were met and our overall stay was great. The unit is cozy and clean. Everything we could possibly need is available at the place. Sir Elmer is friendly and very accomodating. The pool is itchy though. But nonetheless, we had a great stay.
