We had a second very comfortable stay.The nights were below freezing , but the cottage was warm and cosy from arrival. Highly recommend Prospect Cottage , it’s in a lovely village with the wonderful Bell inn a few steps away.

Had a lovely relaxing stay at the coach house. It had everything you need and more and was so peaceful and remote. Was very cosy and the log burner was great! Our dog loved the outside woods, cant wait to return one day. Thank you 😊

We really enjoyed our full week of staying and exploring county Devon here. There is even lovely little hiking opportunities through the nearby fields and hills along rivers and sheep paddocks when following the local public footpaths next to the house.

We've just returned from a 4 night stay and are already looking at booking for the summer. This is one of the best Air BnB's we've stayed at!! Kate & Julian have thought of everything, it really is a home away from home. The Barn is spotlessly clean, private, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. We really appreciated the gift of fresh eggs, milk, delicious homemade bread and the Prosecco. The location is superb, it's a great base for exploring North Devon and after a long day exploring, we really enjoyed settling in for a quiet, cosy evening in front of the log fire. We stayed with our 10 month old daughter and found it to be child friendly with plenty of space (for travel cot, high chair etc). Kate is a brilliant host - communicative, thoughtful, and she gave us some great tips for the local area. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you Kate & Julian!
