Jo and Christian’s cottage is very cute and so comfortable and peaceful. The extra little touches of providing continental breakfast and shampoo/conditioner were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well lit and cosy. Definitely will go back and stay again 😊

Thank you Tania. Absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. We are country lovers so this couldn’t have been better for us. Loved looking at the horses out the window / door. Loved the sounds of the birds in the evening and the morning. I got a little confused finding the cottage at first as I went up the left driveway to the main house, not the right driveway. But was able to get hold of Tania promptly and she was able to redirect me. This is a beautiful rustic type cottage with the space really well thought out. I didn’t mind the kitchenette in the bathroom. Obviously as long as you keep everything sanitary as you use it it’s not an issue. Kind of the same situation if you were to stay in a caravan everything is close together amenities wise. Was nice and warm and super cosy. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for your kind, friendly and inviting hospitality.

Emma and Mikes is an awsome place to stay. I was there for a month and they helped me with everything I asked. The Villa is secure, safe and has double glazing and full wall insulation. It is snug warm and draught free. Lovley no other words. Wifi speed is more than adequate for watching internet movies with no buffering. The home is clean and well maintained and furnishing is very comfortable especially the beds, which I belive have memory foam for a perfect sleep. I loved the kitchen set up and did a lot of cooking lol. The view from the doorway and bedroom is lovley and the place is literally on the sea front. The garden is fenced and well maintained. The home is situated near to some beautiful walking tracks. 10 out 10 for Emma and Mike for this wonderful frendly little jewel. Well recomended and cannt wait to come back.

Great little place to stay, we were fortunate with fantastic weather to really appreciate the views. Parking is tight, but we were in a big ute, not a little town car. Great place, nice and clean.

Lefki and Dave’s place was the perfect base in the perfect location. Everything was very thoughtfully put together which made the stay comfortable. All the little touches…plugs by the bed, generous bathroom sink, somewhere to hang clothes. They’ve thought about how people will use their little place. And both were delightfully friendly when I ran into them. Thank you to you both for a lovely stay.

I was travelling with a dog and this accomodation was perfect for this. Would be perfect anyway. I left early to catch the ferry to the South Island and it was just a quick drive down the motorway to board. Great spot fully recommend thanks Paul

Lovely staying at Brenda’s cottage. Cosy and clean inside, close to the centre of town with the cable car and Botanic gardens just minutes away. Helpful guide inside the cottage with local recommendations. Brenda was very friendly and had everything set up for me to walk straight in given my arrival late in the evening! Would love to stay again! Thanks Brenda!

Martin and Carol's cottage is hard to come by, the minute you walk in you know can relax, it really is so comfortable, and i can't say enough good things about it, thank you Martin and Carol

This was a return stay. Excellent host. Quality furnishings. Complementary quality food for continental breakfast and comfortable bed. Peaceful garden area to sit having a coffee and quiet neighborhood. Excellent Janus Bakkerij(bakery and restaurant) is only 2 minutes walk away. Highly recommended

This is a private haven up in the mountains. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. The stars were amazing at night and place had all we needed. Would recommend for those wanting to enjoy upper Hutt or the rumataki cycle trail.

Laura's place is really delightful, a true refuge from the city. We loved the thoughtful attention to detail and the design of the apartment. It's extremely private and comfortable and surrounded by bush and birdsong (mostly tui). Everything you could think of is provided including frozen bagels and croissants, and comprehensive kitchen equipment. It will certainly be our first choice for our return visits to Wellington. Parking and turning is fine for a small car like ours but would be more challenging for a large car.

Great little place to stay for the night! Cute little spot for a pic right outside the door. Neighbourhood is quiet for a great sleep. Angus was super helpful with any questions I had :)

Another enjoyable stay at the front house. Providing us with access to the best location in Wellington. Tania is a great host. Very friendly and just a text away if needed. Look forward to staying again.

Very convenient for us as we split our time between Wellington and Paraparaumu; 5 mins drive to get on the expressway to south/north. Aptly named location, woke to birdsong. Perfect, highly recommended.

We loved staying at this lovely little cottage. It was a little house really. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. Also great kitchen supplies and set up. Not that we used it much except for our own breakfast but there were so many things supplied. I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent value for money, absolutely loved the swimming pool. Would definitley stay again. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

By far the loveliest stay I’ve had with airbnb! The space was beautiful and clean with lots to do nearby via bus or walking, and Leanne was the kindest and most welcoming host. She made me feel right at home and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

Chris’ place was perfect for our family of 4. Great views across the bay. As previous reviews have said - there is some airport noise - but we found it entertaining and the double glazed windows helped - and it was quiet between 10pm and 6am. Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, great kitchen and laundry - and cute furnishings! Would highly recommend! We were offered late check out which was appreciated. We didn’t need it - but worth knowing the option might be there if no immediate incoming guests.

Noeline’s place is a lovely little spot close to the city. Will definitely look at booking again with Noeline if I come back to Wellington

We stayed here for a week at the end of our trip to NZ and it made a really good base for spending just a couple nights whilst we said goodbye to our friends and family in Wellington and packed all our stuff together. Very pretty view out over the playing fields, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and large tv area for the size of the studio. In the bathroom was an extractor that was very loud that we weren’t able to work out how to turn off, but when we shut the door to the bathroom it was mostly quiet which was good. All round a lovely last stay.
