Luxury Suite Enjoying Spectacular Sea Views and Sunsets

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

An historic cottage in a sheltered dell in the country near Makara Beach, fully restored Te whare iti is 10-15 minutes walk from the rugged Makara coast and roughly 35 minutes from the Wellington CBD. The preserved exterior enfolds very clean, warm and comfortable modern amenities. Importantly- you must provide your own transport as there is no public transport to Makara from Karori the nearest suburb, some 9.5 kms away. Makara is true NZ countryside with a windy, narrow road to match!.

Seaside relaxed fun

Listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy fun and eclectic Interiors. Your own separate entrance is totally private although attached to my house. The living area has a cool loft bed as extra accomodation. Its a great view up there! Your private ensuite has a ships door shower - a fun way to start the day. The king size bed is super comfy. You can easily walk to a waterfront cafe for breakfast and we are a few minutes drive to a number of restaurants and a short drive into the city.

Come and enjoy our lovely one bed-roomed apartment. We have a modern new kitchen and spectacular views of the central city. We provide some breakfast food and there is unlimited WiFi available. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. Public transport (trains and buses) is a 10-15 minute walk and it is a ten-minute drive from the central city. Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses.
