Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lower East Side, Manhattan

Travis‘s place was centrally located in Park slope, and a very quick walk to the subway station. We loved the area. The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and well stocked. Travis was attentive and communicated quickly. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was beautiful, clean, and just as pictured. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful ,,, the balloon decor was the cutest touch and made my stay extra special. Communication was smooth, and everything felt easy and welcoming. I truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

Asha's apt was perfect for our visit to see family in Brooklyn. The apt is in a great walkable location for restaurants, grocery stores, and Prospect Park. The street is very peaceful and quiet for Brooklyn which was a pleasant surprise. Communication was excellent with any helpful instructions needed. Since we make many visits to Brooklyn, we will always look for Asha's apt first and look forward to staying there again.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in!

I had an amazing stay at this airbnb. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special and ensured we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I inquired about a blender cause I like to do smoothie bowls for breakfast and she made sure one was available for use. That meant a lot to me. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy , shower was great, the couch was great to chill and watch movies , the electric fireplace was a nice added touch at night. The host was very friendly and kind. Highly recommend staying here!! It was a nice and calm neighborhood.

Cozy and comfortable! The perfect place to stay for a 2 night trip. I had a concert to go to so this was convenient for me since it was near the area! Plus wasn’t too far from the airport. Will definitely be back in the future!

We had a great stay at Erika's place. We only needed a place for the night before the Brooklyn Half and this stay worked out well for us. There was clear communication ahead of time from the host regarding instructions for entering and questions regarding nearby parking options. The location worked out great for us and was nearby restaurants, bars, and the park. If there was any negative, it would be that the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom were not the most comfortable for my grown sons, however, it was helpful to have 2 beds in the small extra bedroom so I can understand why they were chosen. Overall we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend Erika's place to others.

We spent the weekend in NYC for my mom’s birthday! Everything was a walkable distance or a quick subway ride away. The airbnb was easy to find and was just the right size for us. It was clean and very comfortable. If given the chance we would definitely stay here again. ☺️ thank you henri!

Had a great experience staying at Jakir’s place. Apartment was beautiful and spotless. Franklin street is filled with restaurants and bars. Remember to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, could not have asked for a better stay. Will recommend this place to visiting friends!

our stay at Mia's was great. We enjoyed walking around the lively neighborhood and out to Soho, Chinatown and Lower Manhattan. It was easy to get to all parts by the nearby subway. Mias guide was also useful. Both beds were comfortable and all facilities that we needed we available. thank you!

Amazing spot - great location, comfy bed, very functional and well-designed space, and even has its own private outdoor patio. Rob was an excellent host. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in NYC.

This is a great option for anyone staying in the city for a few days--I came into town for a conference at NYU and the location of the Air BnB was really central to everything, just a short walk away from Union Square, Washington Square Park, the NYU campus, and tons of excellent restaurants, bars, stores, etc. in the village. I also love having a small kitchen to use when I travel, and it helps to save money if you can make your own coffee, etc. in NYC, which is expensive--the room is clean and quiet, as is the building. I would stay here again in the future for short visits.

Amazing spot in BedStuy! The apartment is on a lovely, quiet street that is very close to transportation. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, curated thoughtfully, attention to detail, every comfort you could want and more. I was best man for a wedding, and this served as home base for the wedding party. They all also got air bnbs in NYC and it was just an onslaught on complaints - this air bnb was nothing but rave review. A big part of that was the host, Anthony. Anthony was extremely accomodating, responsive, generous, thoughtful, proactive - and kind. I am 100% going to be looking to stay here every time I come to NYC, I feel no desire to go anywhere else or even consider a hotel. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. 10/10!!!!

We had a great stay at Ken and Jasen's apartment! The location was great; walkable to many restaurants and cafes, as well as the Grove Street PATH station to easily commute into NYC. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well appointed. It was a comfortable stay for 2 nights for our family of 4. Would 100% stay here again on a future visit!

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!

Aj's Airbnb is extremely quiet and in a fabulous location near Stevens and all of the restaurants on Washington Street. The apartment is spacious with a super comfy sofa and great view of a church steeple out of the windows. The bed is also comfortable and the bedroom has a lot of storage with two closets and a dresser--I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The elevator is such a bonus when traveling with luggage and the wide, open staircase is also very nice for coming and going. AJ was very receptive and responsive when I contacted him with a question.
