My place is with-in a mile of the beach and minutes from Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, Monterey Wharf, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey Peninsula Airport and Big Sur. Master bedroom & livingroom open to a completely private back yard patio and hot tub. A BBQ and fire pit make this a great spot to gather, night or day. Recently remodeled, it has a very homey, country feel. Family and kid friendly, (no pets please).

We loved staying at the Postage Stamp. It was the perfect charming cottage in such a beautiful location. The outdoor space was really incredible!! The fire pit was fun for evenings making s’mores and sipping wine. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four!

Great central location for access to Monterey Bay, Carmel, Pebble Beach, and more! The house was VERY clean, had a coastal minimalist vibe, and was the perfect cozy retreat after a day of adventuring. Wifi worked like a breeze, the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. This home is great for a large family with kids (I had 3), putting green was a hit, and is stocked with everyday essentials like shampoo, body wash, lots of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc. One thing to note - most of the household cleaners and brooms are in the garage! Realized that on the last day, ha. Note that this property has no plastic cups or plates if you have little ones. All items are glass. We were hoping to cook more meals here (Safeway is around the corner), because of the nice cookware, but were limited by the variety of spices and cooking oils available, and there were no DISHTOWELS (might want to add these to the kitchen in the future ;) )

6 of us stayed here for our Santa Cruz elopement and this was the most perfect AirBnB I've ever stayed at. Everything is very clean and beautifully renovated. Beautiful decorations, furniture and serene views from all of the windows. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and necessities, all the bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms clean and elegant. It was cold and rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the terraces but loved watching the downpour from the living room couch.

We felt right at home for a week in this adorable mid-century house. It was beautiful, had character, and was walking distance to Capitola. The back yard was spacious and luxurious. The host was super responsive with any questions we had and extremely helpful and friendly. This would be a great house for a family trip!

Ronit’s Airbnb was a fantastic, peaceful place to spend a couple of nights while our house was getting fumigated! Ronit was a great host, she provided very clear instructions for check in and check out and was very responsive to questions/messages. I wasn’t sure what our kids would think about being in an RV inside a barn, but they absolutely enjoyed it and wanted to move in 😂. The RV is thoughtfully arranged so that even our family of 4 + dog + cat felt cozy and comfortable throughout our stay. Also, the horses and goats are adorable! We would love to stay at this Airbnb again in the future, and would absolutely recommend it to our friends and family.

Lilian’s home was perfect for us! We had a group of 5 and we all enjoyed our own space, and also our space together. The art and plants and architecture all were fun to live with. The location worked really well for us - near the beach, and easy drives to different parts of Santa Cruz and Capitola. All beautiful. Easy party at the house. Lilian was very responsive to messages. A wonderful stay.
