The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Muy bonito alojamiento, la casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, el plus del lugar es la hora del chek in, ya que permite llegar temprano y difrutar del lugar eso me pareció super bueno adicinalmente que dejen llevar a los perritos otra estrella, me sentí como en casa, super recomendada, gracias a Adriana por todo.

Nailed it with this location. We have never visited Costa Rica before & I can’t express how helpful Caesar was through the whole process with any questions I had. He was very quick to respond and always incredibly helpful. The house itself was a dream. It was much bigger than we actually needed, but it was nice to have the space to spread out. we felt very safe in Punta Leona. The views from the house were so incredibly gorgeous. Waking up every day to the sounds of the ocean and all the birds and wildlife all around will be missed, but we do hope to return one day. Hazel the housekeeper comes every day and she is such a special person. She was also very helpful. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. We saw tons of monkeys, iguanas, scarlet macawas, and many other birds from the house. Plays Blanca was wonderful to snorkel every day. We watched sea turtles hatch from the beach and snorkeling with sea turtles & colorful fish. It was perfect.

La cas es muy bonita, te sientes a gusto, además el condominio es seguro y tranquilo, hay de todo lo necesario para pasar unas lindas vacaciones, de resaltar que a 7 minutos está Playa Agujas, una playa lindísima que no conocía. Recomiendo el lugar al 100%

El hospedaje es muy bonito, la piscina muy limpia, y el trato a las mascotas es muy bueno

We had a wonderful stay though very brief as we just needed a stopover place to spend the night on our drive. The host could not have been more responsive and the Airbnb was very comfortable and clean. We wish that we had been able to stay longer! Highly recommend!!

La casita de Carlos fue más agradable de lo que esperábamos. La zona se siente muy segura y no hay ruido en la noche. Queda muy cerca de la playa y de lugares para comprar comida y café. Carlos estaba dispuesto a ayudar en todo! Muchas gracias! 100% recomendada!

Der perfekte Ort, um bei einem Frühstück zu entspannen und den Vögeln zuzusehen. Der Sonnenuntergang war nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – einfach fantastisch! Bei Rückfragen war die Kommunikation sehr schnell und freundlich. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

Our stay at Casa Tucana was amazing. The house is nestled between lush greenery, next to a farm and just a few minutes from the beach. Perfect for a quiet getaway. The house was equipped with everything and more, making us feel right at home. The pool was really pretty and just a great way to spend the day or for a dip after the beach. Definitely recommend it!

The place is very nice, but the access to the beach is difficult. Parking places are very expensive close to the beach.

The house is directly beside the boutique hotel (but on 2+ acres and very private), so service is easy to access and they are very responsive. It’s also hard to beat the breakfast buffet; get it! The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily, and you can just sit there and enjoy seeing many species of beautiful birds and lizards.

La estadía fue excelente. La casa es super comoda. La cocina esta muy bien equipada. Todo funciona perfecto. La piscina impecable. Nick fue muy amable y atento. La ubicacion es muy buena. yo trabajo desde casa asi que internet es clave para mi y funcionó perfecto . Seguro volveré. Me senti muy cómoda

It's a cozy, clean apartment equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Located in a pleasant area, it's also very close to the beach. The host is very friendly and responsive. Good place for people with kids.

El lugar es hermoso , muy bien ubicado . Las piscinas fabulosas el ambiente muy agradable , la comida deliciosa y esta ubicado a solo pasos de la Marina donde puedes encontrar de todo . Estuve con mis hijas y disfrutaron cada minuto . incluso al despertar estuvieron los tucanes de visita al balcón . Se vieron las guacamayas así también como los pericos. El condominio Bella Vista con un personal de seguridad muy respetuoso y atento. Volveremos eso es seguro !!

El lugar es muy espacioso y la atención de Cat y José es inmejorable. La casa está frente a la playa. He ido a este lugar dos veces y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Perfecto! Lynn’s place was exactly as described, very clean, and the gardens were beautiful. Most evenings we had cocktails in the pool and watched the Scarlet Macaws fly back to their nests. It was magical. We couldn’t have asked for more accommodating hosts than Lynn and Billy. I feel like I’ve know them for 30+ years! We will definitely be back.

We had the best stay at Val and Oscar’s home. Our group had 1 family in the upstairs apartment and the other family in the downstairs apartment, and it was such a great arrangement for our group. The apartments were both beautiful and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. The kids loved the pool and we layed out in the hammocks and watched scarlet macaws fly by. We would love to come back again someday. Highly recommend!

Everything was has described. my contact, Marlon, was responsive in a quick manner. If I needed something they would provide promptly. Well situated. I really liked my stay and will probably book again next year.
