This condo was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was a very brief walk to the Main Street. Everything was literally five minute walk. They are picky with who they host (with good reason) because of how pristine it is. Thank you :)

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

We loved it. We were able to rest and relax. The apartment is very cozy, with everything you need.

Josephine communicated clearly and timely. The condo met my family's need. We needed a place to relax after some days of intense hikes in other regions. The pool was lovely and right outside our door. We watched surfers on the beach though the rough waters and rocky beach did not avail sun-soaking or swimming.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was a pleasure to be able to come and have a little fun well we wait to close on our house. The home was clean, and neat. Well stocked, and loved that it had a washer and dryer. Would stay again.

i didn't get to meet jhonathon while i was there because he was out of the country. The people he hired were very friendly and helpfull. including Edar who is the gatekeeper and Luis who i think makes sure things get done. the landscaping is very well done and the pool is warmed by the sun to a very comfortable temp. i liked the pictures on the website but seeing it was better. Jaco is a tourist town but if you want to eat like the natives i recommend Garabito and Rustico.

Had a great stay, as close as you can get to stay near Playa Blanca, as expected it’s a short hill to climb. Perfect option for kids if you want to get quickly to this beautiful beach and don’t want to rent a golf cart.

Overall great stay and comfortable for our group. However some cautionary items to be aware of. The driveway to reach to the top of the property is quite steep, and in the rain the car skidded and wouldn’t get to the top of the hill. Need to have a vehicle if you’re going in and out with luggage. Good bit of wildlife you will encounter in the rooms and bathroom. There is only a hot water heater in the main bathroom.

Chris is the Man! For context, my girlfriend and I had another bnb in the area that lost power and water for 2 days! I had to book an emergency stay and Chris accommodated and responded swiftly even though it was very short notice. We fell more in love with his property than our original one lol. 10/10 stay loved the vibezz.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. We especially enjoyed hanging around the pool and deck area. The host even had a few pool toys set out and our kids loved them. Beds are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need. Esterillos is a very quiet place away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay at Val and Oscar’s home. Our group had 1 family in the upstairs apartment and the other family in the downstairs apartment, and it was such a great arrangement for our group. The apartments were both beautiful and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. The kids loved the pool and we layed out in the hammocks and watched scarlet macaws fly by. We would love to come back again someday. Highly recommend!

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

The location was less than a minute away from the beach. If you like running this is a great place to run on beach or run to Jaco scenic viewpoint. It was quiet and peaceful. It was not far from the restaurants and main city center. The place itself was great with WiFi and AC. I enjoyed resting here after a long day of activities. Spencer was a great host. We stayed one more night and he made it happen easily . I enjoyed that he wrote “Pura Vida” once everything was organized and set. Would stay here again.

Clean house in a very nice condo

Our stay in the bamboo and glass house, Casa Rumi, was delightful. You can tell the hosts have put in a lot of effort to help their guests feel at peace and among nature. We saw toucans, macaws, morphos, and grasshoppers. Two cats greeted us each morning and sometimes visited at night. We experienced the sound healing ceremony, which was a relaxing way to end our stay in Costa Rica. You will need a 4x4 vehicle to make the drive up the hill, but it is more than doable and you will get used to it. Playa Hermosa is as the name suggests and Jaco is right around the corner, with Manuel Antonio National Park 1.5 hours further south. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean space, check in was a breeze. Responsive Host

Very clean, modern, completely private and secure new home. The property has a lot of rules, but the rules are what maintains its quality for the next guest. There were no surprises at this home. The outdoor living space is probably more comfortable than indoors. The water in the pool was warm and inviting. It’s close to the beach and many shops and restaurants but is in a very quiet, residential setting. The entrance and security is only 100 meters or so from the property, but I didn’t hear any traffic while I was in the home. Ekaterina’s check-in and communication was outstanding. There were no negatives associated with the house, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

I have been to many Airbnb's around the world and there have been a handful that make me feel like heaven on earth. This is absolutely one of those places. The view is ASTOUNDING!! The home itself is so cool. The owners seem absolutely lovely as we got to meet them in person as they help you check in. The details they accounted for are impeccable. I would live here forever if I could. If you stay here, you will NOT be dissapointed. Sooo much to do in and around Jaco as well which is a relatively quick drive down the mountain. Rqncho Shadday, the restaurant very nearby this place is so nice as well. My family and I loved every single second of our stay here. Please also know the work they would have had to put into this place is immense to create the dreamy space they have. Absolutely loved the stay so very much!!! 20 out of 10 stay!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

Our family stayed for ten nights as a home base to explore the Pacific side of Costa Rica. The pool was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the bottom pool that doubles as hot tub (when my kids weren't in the upper half splashing the cold water into it). The pool is very large with lots of space for splashing, and there is so much wildlife and bird-watching off of the amazing porch and decks. We were mesmerized by the scarlet macaws that flew by and sometimes roosted nearby. Being in the mountains, you are literally in the clouds. It was other-worldly when they rolled in most afternoons. So cool! Indoors: we utilized the kitchen quite frequently, making dinner every night. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. The living area was very comfortable and great for watching TV together in the evening. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well-appointed with what we needed, and the washer/dryer was great to have, as we are light packers and did get muddy some days. Overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place with a great view. Tucked neatly on a sea side cliff with sound of calming waves to wake up to everyday. Great view, Great pool and patio with bbq options, Extra patio with views of the Pacific, Plenty of space and my kids loved the pool. Waves do get rough in the nearby beach so pool is a great alternative. You dont need go to a park to see wildlife when you have it all around you. I saw so many birds I have never seen in my life. Host is very responsive and friendly. Check in is easy. Beach is very clean. Not many cons to list to be honest but a couple things to be aware of - House is deep inside a community/club called Punta Leones and is far from the main road and also gated with security so no food delivery or taxis. - Beach is closeby but you have to walk down and uphill (pretty steep climb) and the club wont let you use their water if you need a shower after beach. Staff there is pretty annoying and chase you arnd to make sure you arent using their water.

We stayed there for 1 week so had a lot of time there. The road to get there is a 15 minute intense rocky drive I would highly suggest having a 4x4 vehicle. Wi-fi is also a little rough so prepare for that. House is a little dusty and bugs love the kitchen and floors upstairs. It’s really out there in the jungle. Two friendly cats that we ended up naming and enjoying their company and 7 dogs that will run over to you and say hi every day. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall beautiful stay.
