The house has a 20m2 terrace with incredible panoramic views that include the Picos de Europa, the forests of Monte Corona and the sea and the town of Comillas. An ideal place if you are looking for tranquility, a stone's throw from the sea and the mountain, between Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera and Santillana Del Mar.

Our apartment is on the second floor of a building that was completely renovated in 2024. It consists of a living room-kitchen, two large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace/balcony to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The two bedrooms have access to the balcony, and the living room leads to the large terrace that gives the apartment an extra atmosphere and lets in a lot of light. We are a short walk from downtown Comillas and border Oyambre Natural Park.

Beautiful one-story house next to a forest of oaks and laurels to be enjoyed all year round . The house combines elements of typical Cantabrian architecture with a contemporary touch. Large windows and roof windows flood the entire interior with light and color. The garden is spectacular, large, leafy and very quiet. The terrace under the oak tree invites you to relax reading or eating as a family. For rainy days, the fireplace and reading and play area are ideal.

A haven to re-connect with life, in one of the most hidden valleys in Spain. We have restored our cottage, on a hillside of Saja-Besaya Natural Park, at 1330m. We felt comfortable in the accommodation, it looked like the photos and it had everything you need in everyday life. The small sunny garden with its amenities invites you to sunbathe :-). Communication with Sara was great, she gave us tips for the area and responded quickly to inquiries. You just have to be aware that you are dependent on a car if you want to do something.

The house is in a fantastic position just above a wonderful beach We had two dogs and it was perfect for them The house itself was very comfortable and well equipped and the beds were comfortable Mauricio was very easy to reach and his wife and daughter showed us around the house when we arrived which made things easier There was some building work next door but other than some builder parking issues which were quickly resolved it didn’t really bother us The work was in its final stages Overall we loved the house and the host was really nice

Privileged environment, the house is partially renovated and the living room has unbeatable views. The kitchen, new, is not missing any detail. The green areas and terraces are also a spectacle. We spent a few days, family of 4 with a really fun pet. The visits in the area and the gastronomy also of 10.

A very cozy house in a beautiful area. The house has everything you need to spend a few days enjoying the north and feeling at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the bathroom has everything you need and the rooms are very comfortable. It also has a huge garden that allows you to enjoy the good weather. The Airbnb is the lower part of Roberto's house, they are separate and at all times we have had privacy. In addition, this allows Roberto to be there if anything happens or if you have any questions

we had a very nice stay at marcarena‘s place. we were welcomed by macarena herself, that was very kind! and she left us some delicious regional products (thank you very much, macarena!) you can walk to the beach (le méron), that took us about 30-40min. there are several surf schools at the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. starting from the apartment there is a lovely hiking trail along the coastline. we can really recommend macarena’s apartment!
