We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was immaculately presented and well equipped with stunning views from the balcony. Our host, Pedro, was very friendly and helpful.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The accommodation is perfect, super well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, dishes etc). It is located in a very nice residence with sea views and the beach is accessible within a 5 min walk very easily. The bus opposite takes you to the large Torrevieja station from where you can take buses to other cities. Only small downside: the toilets, difficult to use because they are placed in front of the sinks and therefore not enough space, it can be complicated for tall people or elderly people etc.

Super clean, has all amenities. Beautiful surroundings. Even though it is "far" from the center, it has the basic services within walking distance. Parking space right next to the elevators. Would be happy to return one day.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

Sam's place is great, exactly in the photos, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, intimate, not missing detail. Perfect place to rest. We had a great few days, like at home. We will definitely repeat. Thank you very much Sam!!!!

David is always available, and Pedro, his trusted person, is super nice. The pool is great and the apartment is great, small but very comfortable.

The stay was great, we felt right at home. Everything was very clean and the pool was wonderful. The host was very attentive and pleasant and the person in charge of receiving us too. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos. Also on arrival they cover the security cameras, so there is absolute privacy.

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

The house and the host are a 10. The house is in a perfect location to get to know Cabo de Palos and go to all the places on foot, both to the beach and to the restaurants. The house is great and has everything you need and several terraces. Communication is perfect and makes everything easy. We were right at home. We'll be back for sure. Thank you Chema

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

I actually live about a mile away from this property…. But needed a place to work remotely for a week whilst we had builders in our home. It was perfect for my needs, and the host was very proactive and helpful with letting me know about check-ins etc
