Rosemary could not have been a more responsive host! She accommodated all our needs. Her place was wonderful and if we had a problem she was extremely quick to fix it. Very peaceful and quiet. Extremely safe, beach bar was AMAZING. Will come back!

This property is DR paradise!!! The staff Luz, Altagracia and Bernardo go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect (they are the nicest people). My top priorities are safety and cleanliness which were 100%. The beachfront makes this an excellent location. And also There's restaurants, activities, and shops just steps away.

Great place nice host I loved how safe I felt when staying. security was so nice although it was a language barrier what can I expect I’m in there country. I loved it although the jacuzzi didn’t get Hot! ! The pool was amazing it felt like we had the place to ourselves not many bugs well no mosquitoes and we did notice our room had few ants if we weren’t cautious i definitely think it’s worth it not just for the amount but for the experience I had a renter car so it worked nothing more than a 20 min drive at most and the small beach was definitely a vibe just have exact cash they don’t hold change but will stay again hope the host feels the same

My first time in the DR and I couldn’t ask for a better host, very accommodating and responsive whenever needed. I definitely plan on coming back, I absolutely loved it and the home is in the surrounding area for whatever you need or wanna do. Thank you for being an amazing host!!

Close to the downtown , you are surrounded by resorts but you do have private entrance to a small part of the beach . Many different restaurant locations about .5 miles but the walk is entertaining. The place is very spacious and lots of room

This location is amazing for my two friends and I. The photos match exactly what you got and the views are amazing. I also love that it was a corner penthouse so we can have a piece on the rooftop without any noise complaints or anything. I have zero complaints just a suggestion for the listing. There are many Airbnb’s on the same block, but each building has a name. Just add the name of the building within the address location so it’s easier to find other than that 10 out of 10. I will definitely be staying again.

This was a nice place, clean and a good value. The host was very friendly and met us upon arrival with the key and we felt very safe in this location. It is steps away from the beach. The only thing to keep in mind is you might bring your own beach chairs because we couldn't not find a place to rent any. I guess we should have asked our host specifically where to rent them from.

Had an amazing stay at Jaay’s place! He was very responsive, answered any questions we had & checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay & if we needed anything & he also gave us lots of recommendations on things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Rufina's place. She was very attentive and responsive and accommodating with early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The picuzzi is a nice touch and the private beach access was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best AirBnB experiences I've ever had. Felix was an excellent host and being in this property truly felt like a dream. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Check in was very fast and straight to the point, Felix had provided very clear and easy to follow instructions for the check in process as well as all other details about the house itself. Me and my kids will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Julio’s place is a oasis in Playa Bávaro. We were scammed by different hotels and found ourselves without a place to sleep by 10pm, in a weird state. We found Julio’s home by indication from a security guard and he promptly opened his house for us, he was a life savior and very helpful throughout it all. I highly recommend staying here, forget about any hotel you have seen, this is the best location and secure.

Vista Cana is definitely an amazing place. The villa is luxurious, perfect for disconnecting from the world and living an unforgettable experience. The piscuzzi is spectacular and the place is full of attractions: restaurants, artificial beaches, fishing lakes and we even play golf. ⛳️ I've been to several Airbnbs, but few like this. I'll definitely be back. Asael was an exceptional host, always attentive from the beginning to the end. Thank you for everything!

Mike and Heidi exceeded my expectations before I even arrived. I requested to have a couple things there for me before I arrived because the travel there was long. Everything I requested was there upon arrival. The car service was great he was so helpful and helped me carry my heavy bags to the 3rd floor. Anytime I needed anything they responded so quickly. The blender broke while I was there I contacted them and they had a new one to me in less than an hour. The location is great the complex is very quite with the occasional motorcycle passing by. Poppi taxis are everywhere if you don't feel like walking all the way to the beach which isn't far at all. Papaya Tiki bar was amazing along with Cana Rosa where we spent most of our time. Go see Ana and Pedro you won't regret it. The BNB was clean and had everything that was listed, we cooked a lot and they had all the dishes you need. Washer and dryer worked great. There isn't enough stars to give them truly amazing time and experience.

Staying at Renier's place was the best introduction to Punta Cana that my family and I could have possibly had. Immediately upon arrival, he answered his phone when we had further questions about the location of the property. The place looked exactly like the pictures and that was refreshing. Along with the recommendations of how to get food delivered, Renier had water delivered 10 minutes after we got there so that we never went thirsty during our stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were close to shops, restaurants, resorts, and places to book tours. Having Renier close by also allowed for us to get to know his family and he was able to tell us a little more about the area. I 10/10 enjoyed him as a host.

Friendly and responsive hostess Julie, always available and ready to help with any questions. The apartment is bright and clean, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, a green and quiet guarded area. Close to the sea via a private passage by key. There are many stores and cafés nearby. Free guarded parking. Everything is perfect for a peaceful vacation. The apartment matches the description and photos. We recommend!!!

I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Loved this place it was a very comfy and homey vibe! They have security 24/7 so I felt very safe! The water does turn hot and cold every couple of minutes but other than that the stay was amazing!

We cannot speak more highly about our stay at Edwin’s condo. Everything was as described. Beautiful and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Edwin was very communicative thru out my entire booking process as well as during our stay. We couldn’t have ask for a more gracious host. We love the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. Everything you need is in walking distance. It was our most relaxing vacation ever. We are used to all inclusive vacations but what a difference. No schedules, no worries about claiming beach chairs, and most definitely no hassle for timeshares. We are so happy with our trip and cannot wait to return!
