**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

This was the first time we stayed in an Airbnb in Punta Cana instead of an all-inclusive resort and we loved it. We had the opportunity to experience the culture and local sights (beach, restaurants, casino, shops and markets), all within walking distance or short Poppi ride. George’s home was safe and clean, with all the modern amenities. We’ll definitely be back :)

The location is perfect - just walk through the club and you’ll reach the beach, where sunbeds and umbrellas are available. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, there’s a grocery store right across the street for any essentials. I recommend this place!

I had an incredible stay at Anastasiia's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She provided me with a wealth of recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which truly enhanced my experience. Anastasiia was always quick to respond to any questions I had, making me feel supported throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend staying at her place if you're looking for a fantastic host and a great experience!

Stayed for a few days on a birthday trip and enjoyed every minute! The bedrooms were spacious and when we had small maintenance issues Miguel sent over a handyman and it got resolved! We especially loved that the master bedroom has its own entrance to the picuzzi. The staff in the building were also very helpful and kind.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachside home! The layout was super convenient, especially with multiple bathrooms, which made it so easy and comfortable for our group. One of our favorite parts was the amazing beachfront restaurant just steps away. We had breakfast there every single morning, and it was absolutely spectacular—delicious food, ocean views, and a great way to start each day. This place truly exceeded our expectations. We’re already looking forward to staying here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach retreat.

the place is quiet and safe they have security guard on duty 24 -7, even in the garage where you park your car, someone is there to monitor.. the beach it 10 minutes walking and 3 in the car. Great restaurants and night lights.

What a beautiful stay we had at the this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed when entering this place. It looks just like the pictures, and in fact once you’re there, it’s so much cozier. Not to mention, all amenities and instruments are available at your disposable. Sladja was kind enough to leave us plenty of restaurant suggestions, which we strongly recommend la Bruja Chupadora (thank you Sladja!). The walk to the beach is easy and right down the street, about a 10 min-walk. Unfortunately, we were met with a lot of sargassum going to Los Corales Beach, BUT not to worry because there are plenty of other beaches to experience, including Macao Beach, which he had a blast at. Having a supermarket below was extremely convenient, they provide everything you need! The pool feels amazing! We strongly suggest using Ubers when going around the area, they take less than 2 min to arrive and we had beautiful experiences in downtown Punta Cana. All this to say, thank you Sladja for everything!

Fantastic roomy apartment on a beautiful beach! Highly recommended. The host Ulyana was really helpful, attentive, friendly, and eager to make our vacation the most comfortable and enjoyable possible. This spacious and well decorated apartment is better than the pictures with just a short walk to the beautiful palm tree lined sandy beach. This apartment is in a safe and secure gated neighborhood adjacent some nice resorts. We had a rental car which made trips for groceries, dining, and sightseeing easy. Ulyana gave us great recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of appliances, dishes and utensils for us to prepare food there easily also. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a tropical vacation. It felt like paradise!

From start to finish Yisbel and her team were very communicative. Very helpful and always responsive. The apartment is small but clean and neat. Yes, there is an iron for your clothes! Strong Wi-Fi . The pool is a 10-second walk and the grounds are always clean. I love this area because it may be busy during the day but you can't hear much from where the apartment is located. At night it is quiet and peaceful. Everything is walkable, from the little grocery store to a variety of restaurants, and the beach is just a few minutes walk. Several new restaurants have opened there since my last visit last year. Depending on what you're looking for you may just find it. If you like beer, a new self-serve eatery has opened just around the corner. Literally, 6-7 minutes walk. Definitely going to stay here again!

We had amazing stay! The pool was amazing. We felt right at home. The team did amazing to check on us and answer any questions we had. It was a very quiet area so we were able to enjoy in peace. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone!

This place is as described with all amenities and functioning services. although it's difficult to get water at this location of punta cana Pawel has taken upon himself to transport potable water unlike the saline ocean water at similar spots. Anna, his mom, was very kind and inviting giving just that extra touch of a home away from home.

Excellent Airbnb stay. The location was perfect walking distance to anywhere in Los Corales area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and beach is super close less than five minutes away.. the balcony patio area is beautiful , lots of area to sit and relax and the pool is an extra bonus. The bedrooms are very nice with lots of closet space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. I would definitely rebook again.

Condo H4 (corner on 3rd floor), was a cute condo in a new, well cared for building. We may have been the first renters as there were a few missing items (hair dryer, iron), but we were quickly provided new ones once informed. The property manager, Dianna, was attentive, polite and helpful at all hours and with everything we asked for. There is an all inclusive behind the condo that has rather loud entertainment every evening between 6 and 11pm but it was very predictable so easy to work around. We kind of enjoyed the musical surprises but it did keep us from enjoying evenings on the terrace. If you're a stickler for peace and quiet you might not enjoy this particular unit. There was a beautiful breeze 24/7, and no bugs, even with doors wide open, so we didn't need to use the a/c at all. Overall, a nice holiday very close to the beach, markets and restaurants. We'd go back.

Really an exelente experience, a perfect place and cozy and the spectacular swimming pool (they should leave it longer at night) Very recommended!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We were in walkable distance to resturants and bars. Our host was exceptional in meeting our needs. I would recommend others to book a stay while visiting Punta Cana.
