Vacation rentals with beach access in La Altagracia Province

A great stay and right on the beach it can’t get any better than that. The owner is wonderful 🫶🏼

This was the first time we stayed in an Airbnb in Punta Cana instead of an all-inclusive resort and we loved it. We had the opportunity to experience the culture and local sights (beach, restaurants, casino, shops and markets), all within walking distance or short Poppi ride. George’s home was safe and clean, with all the modern amenities. We’ll definitely be back :)

Super-equipped apartment with everything you need and more. It's a penthouse, so there are steep stairs, although the place is worth it.

Scott was a great and welcoming host. I truly appreciate his hospitality and his recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. The apartment fully matches the description and photos—it's quite spacious and equipped with everything needed for a long stay, including a laundry room on the second floor. A wide, beautiful beach is within walking distance along a palm-lined path. The street is gated and secure, making it safe to take evening walks after dinner or head to the beach. I will definitely stay with Scott again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Tanja's condo! Tanja was extremely helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and transportation, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Tanja was available throughout our stay for any questions we had. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful beach, just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The oceanfront restaurant available to guests was like a dream with beautiful views and the food is amazing. My kids loved the big swing right there too. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience. There is plenty in the area to do. Thank you, Tanja, for being such a great host!

The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures. The location is great if you are looking for a beautiful place to relax. Everything in Cap Cana is easily accessible and Bryan and Larry provided great recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Love our stay. Host always responded. Close to everything and especially the beach. We didn’t need a car rental. We did 2 excursions recommended by host and they picked us up at our place and dropped off. They took us shopping with free of charge. Overall, we had an awesome and safe stay with Bea Living Properties.

Anabella is an exceptional host of attention, kindness and responsiveness (and also speaks excellent French): thank you!! Being a 2-minute walk to the beach changes the experience of Casa de Campo. Even more so with kids. You'll love having your meals in the lush garden, dotted with orchids, delicious figs on the tree, and visited by parrots and hummingbirds. The internet is great for working, even in the garden. Sonos acoustics to enhance your stay or a hot tub bath under the laurels.

This is a gorgeous and well kept apartment and the complex overall is a gem. The private beach is magnificent. I felt safe, unbothered and relaxed. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Very conveniently located, very close to the beach and in an area where there is everything (supermarket, restaurants...)

Julio was very accommodating! For instance, we wanted to Kayak, but at the complex you have to bring your own - he went out of his way to ask a friend if we could borrow theirs. The unit itself is spacious and right next to the pool, with the beach within a 2-3 minute walk. We have already been to Cadaques, but we will definitely come back to Julio's unit. The local village is a couple miles away, but not an easy walk - there are also not many Ubers in town - if you can contact a driver when you're in town, you can give them a call to help you move around. The grocery store there is fully stocked, and there are some cute restaurants / bars there

The accommodation is just as shown in the photos, everything is very nice, clean and well-equipped, everything worked perfectly. The apartment is very nice, the only bad thing is the carts that never pass by, we had to walk to the beach almost every day, which is about 20 minutes. That was the only bad thing, but the apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. The owner was very attentive to us, and always responded immediately. The common areas, such as the pool, were very clean. They cleaned everything every day.

Very nice place with a beautiful pool and beachfront. The air bnb was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented and 100% recommend staying in her place. Thank you Leah!

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.
